Go Ahead — Don’t Stop Moving Forward!
I was in a paralysing situation last month.
Leviathan, that very powerful restricting and constricting principality who twists the mind and suffocates destinies to death was striking again, for the umpteenth time.
He comes to steal and to kill and to destroy. BUT, “… When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of The LORD will lift up a standard against him,” (Isaiah 59:19)
So there was I: after waking up around 3:00 am for the start of my day, I was thankful to The LORD for all His benefits.
But then, I had this mountain of a destiny/ ministry situation to climb, AGAIN. Leviathan, that deathly serpent spirit who ruthlessly suffocates destinies to death, was stealthily closing in to coil around me so as to restrict, constrict, and suffocate me.
The Holy Spirit brought to my mind a part of song by Ron Kenoly that says: “Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead; don’t stop…”
The LORD also ministered to me something the prophet James Goll said he was told during a Heavenly encounter recently: “Keep moving forward….”
I began fervently making declarations with both statements: “Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead; don’t stop…”; “Keep moving forward…”
Immediately, Leviathan slithered away from me, just as he did from Jesus,
“Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him,” Matthew 4:11.
“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against The Knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to The Obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.” 2 Corinthians 10:3-6.
All disobedience is all the lawlessness of Satan. When you submit to God, and resist the devil, he WILL flee from you. It is The Law of God. It CANNOT fail to happen.
It is also The Law of God that WE overcome the devil; (the devil does not overcome us).
But you must resist him — steadfast in The Faith, our “like PRECIOUS Faith,” (2 Peter 1:1).
Curse him — with The Blood of Jesus, he will wither like the fig tree Jesus cursed, (Mark 11:12-14).
Overcome him — by The Blood! (Revelation 12:11).
My beloved brethren, go ahead; don’t stop. When you stop moving you start sinking. Keep moving forward as led by The Holy Spirit.
Don’t look at the boisterous wind blowing. Don’t be afraid. Don’t doubt. When you doubt and fear, you are “beginning to sink” (Matthew 14:30). That’s what happened to Peter as he walked on the water to go to Jesus.
What happened with Peter that day on the sea, was a prophetic metaphor for The Church today.
To the present hour, we are walking on the water to go to Jesus — “The Coming of our LORD Jesus and our gathering together to Him,” (2 Thessalonians 2:1).
But “the wind is boisterous,” (Matthew 14:30). We must not be afraid. We must not doubt.
It is the final round of the fight; it is the last lap of the race. Let’s fight The Good Fight of Faith, let’s run the race set before us with perseverance. Let’s endure to the end.
“Therefore, I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus, I fight: not as one who beats the air,” 1 Corinthians 9:26.
Holy brethren, partakers of The Heavenly Calling, (Hebrews 3:1), go ahead! Go ahead! Go ahead! Go ahead! Go ahead; don’t stop! Keep moving forward!
Keep on keeping on. Press on pressing in, (Philippians 3:12; Luke 16:16).
