Give Thanks to the Lord for the Feast of Tabernacles!
Give praise and thanks unto the Lord:
The Feast of Tabernacles!
During this time of the Feast of Tabernacles, we should be praising and thanking god for all that he has done and is doing in our lives. When we look back over our lives, we can see just how good god has been. God is good all of the time despite what we are going through. All that he has brought us to, he will bring us through.
Psalm 23:4 says “Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for thou are with me!”
Even though we may be in the valley, God is there with us and we are only walking through it. It is not a permanent place! Its only a place where we can walk and talk with Him alone. It is in the valley where we get to really “know” our God and we can commune one on one with Him. So when we look at the whole picture, the valley is not really a bad place to be. Because God is with us. Wherever we are!
We can praise God while walking through the valley on our way to the mountain top! Give praises to the Lord and give thanks to Him for all that He has done. Let us praise and worship Him while we have the opportunity because He alone is worthy of all of the glory, the honor, and the praise!
Finally, Psalm 23:6 says, “Goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and i will dwell in the house of the Lord forever!”
Let us give thanks unto the Lord and bless His name, bless Him for His mighty acts!
