Sinners

As long as you do not see yourself “a Sinner” — you will never be saved!

The reason is, that only a sinner can be saved!

Consider with me for one moment the man or woman who talk about being saved by Grace but always turn again to say…. “I must qualify for heaven by loving (or doing good works)”

The fact is: only one who has received the grace of god that covers his or her sin/s can qualify for heaven.

There IS none that are Righteous or able to “Qualify” for Heaven [eternal bliss of the saved and forgiven].
Salvation is only by…. “Grace”

There are none that can do anything good enough to “Qualify” for heaven.

Either you are saved by grace…. or just trying to qualify.

“Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.” Romans 4:4-8.

Friends I have written this teaching and posted this old song to you who are striving and working.

I want you to know ….strive and work all you can or ever will….it will not be enough…. men are saved by grace. — unmerited favor of God.

Salvation cannot be earned — it must be received.

Give All Diligence

I would love to spend a lot of time writing about the common salvation, but….

Someone must contend [or fight] for the truth which is being torn down and walked over daily by many ungodly men.

Jude expressed it in Scripture:

“Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.” Jude 3-8.

We must stand and fight for the truth!

If we don’t stand for the Truth then we could fall for anything!

Armour up… We are in a battle!

Added Scripture:

“Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; and for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.” Ephesians 6:13-20.
