Get Healed! Be Healed!
No matter the smile you wear, the bold face you portray, internal wounds you are struggling to cover will show to everyone physically if not healed.
It’s not easy to get out of a hurtful situation.
You could have been hurt in church, home, marriage, work or in a relationship but if you don’t say, ‘Lord, I need healing from this offense, this bitterness, this pain’, you will continue hurting and bleeding and it will eventually begin to be seen by all around you who will in turn begin to avoid you.
(People — avoid people who are bitter or speak bitterly.)
You may feel okay, but you may have a very deep wound internally.
It is possible to smile, yet be crying inside.
You may say, ‘I have let go’, yet still be holding onto the pain, waiting for the other party to make you feel better.
People might be responsible for the wounds you have, but the responsibility of being healed is upon you.
You may hurt deeply, but the speed of your healing depends on your degree of surrender.
Healing may not be overnight. For some it will take time, because of the depth of the wound which is what I call the healing process.
Jesus wants to heal you even now, no matter who, what or how that wound was inflicted-allow the process to start.
He just wants to make you whole. He is in the business of healing by the second.
If your soul can be healed, your body will be made whole and so will your marriage, relationships and even your performance at work and in business.
He is nearest to the broken hearted.
My friends, you all must be healed, or at least surrender to the process of healing!
Shalom,
