From Transition to Double for your Trouble!
In the transition between who you were and where Christ is taking you, you will find people, church family, and family members who will never see you like the Lord does…… They always look at you through the eyes of the flesh and not through the eyes of the Spirit!
You will continually have to press past their lack of faith and taunts! David was considered a nobody when the prophet came to anoint Him by those who should of seen the call on His life. Jesus could not do many miracles in His home town because they were too familiar with who He was in the flesh. We must be secure in who we are in Christ to be able to deal with this in love….
We will have to learn to focus on our calling to be able to get past the words that some people will say as we are on our way from the pit to the palace! God wants to give us double for our trouble in this season but it wasn’t until Job forgave his comforters that God gave him more in the last part of his life than he had to begin with!! Above all else, on our way to our destiny, we must learn to love like Jesus loved and forgive like he forgave..
“And the Lord turned the captivity of Job and restored his fortunes, when he prayed for his friends; also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before” Job 42:10 (AMP).
