Fresh Bread From Heaven
Last night I was watching a live stream video of a meeting where Heidi Baker was speaking in Colorado.
For those of you who are familiar with Heidi, you know the anointing on her life is astronomical. The presence of God was so thick in the room as I sat here watching.
I was thinking of how awesome it’s going to be when The Body of Christ receives this glorious Revelation and a higher level Anointing.
When The Churches wake up to the fullness of what The LORD has for them, they will also experience His presence in an unprecedented way.
Then Heidi told a story. One day she was at home preparing for a meeting and The LORD told her to buy bread for her congregation.
She went out and bought the bread, but when she got home, she found the bread was all moldy and had a stench.
She said it was green, brown, gray and blue. It was so moldy that when she opened it up, it “popped” and powder came out because of the fungus. Her ministry is in Mozambique, and they don’t use many preservatives in their food.
She called all her friends and told them to bring bread to the meeting. Thousands of hungry people showed up. They weren’t just spiritually hungry, but physically hungry.
She passed the moldy bread around and asked the people if they wanted that stale, mildew bread. They all said how gross it was, and the smell was disgusting. Even the hungriest people and those who hadn’t eaten for days refused to eat it.
The LORD had her use that moldy bread as an allegory, not for the people to eat it. She said: Whenever people are not eating, it’s because the bread is moldy.
The reason why people are not coming into our churches, our congregations, or our meetings is because we are offering them stale bread.
As soon as you see a church without young people it’s because the food is bad. People will get sick from eating old mildew bread.
We don’t want artificial bread, and we don’t want yesterday’s bread. That’s why some believers are weak.
We want fresh manna. In the book of Exodus when Moses brought the Israelites though the wilderness, they continually murmured to him complaining that he brought them out there to die of starvation.
The LORD then supernaturally sent manna from heaven to feed them by day, and quail to feed them by night.
Moses told the people that the manna must be eaten each day, and then fresh manna and quail would be supplied each day.
For those who saved the manna and the quail until the next morning found that it bread worms and stank.
The LORD wants to supply His people with fresh manna daily. There are many apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers who are following the law and not led by The Holy Spirit, therefore their ministries are spiritually drying up.
Some ministers are serving up stale manna that they served years ago, and their sermons are regurgitated.
They are not seeking The Holy Spirit for fresh revelation because they lost their hunger for fresh bread.
We can’t go back to the manna of yesterday because it will be ineffective and may even be harmful to us. We need to come out from the man made doctrines and religious traditions. It’s not going to work anymore.
People are hungry for the heavenly manna, We need to remove ourselves from anything that is unproductive and unfruitful.
It’s a new era and the Holy Spirit is about to release a radical movement but not everyone is going to recognize it.
Jesus is the living bread that came down from heaven, and He is calling you to come up higher to receive fresh manna from the throne room of heaven.
“And The LORD spoke to Moses, saying, “I have heard the complaints of the children of Israel. Speak to them, saying, ‘At twilight you shall eat meat, and in the morning you shall be filled with bread. And you shall know that I am The LORD your God.’”” Exodus 16:11-12
“Our fathers ate the manna in the desert; as it is written, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’ Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”” John 6:31-33
“I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.” John 6:51
