Four Night Dreams to Watch For
People everywhere are dreaming and really want to know what their dreams mean. Dream interpretation does not have to be all that complicated. I’m an expert dream interpreter and have trained thousands of dream interpreters over the last decade. I’d like to help you.
First, not all dreams are from God but God can use any dream, once you understand the basics of how God speaks through night dreams. Here’s what I noticed about different dreams that helps when figuring out the dream’s meaning.
There are times when you remember every detail of a dream and other times you know you dreamed but can’t remember much. Either way, God can seal away the dream’s meaning inside you. Then you live it out later. This concept is found in Job 33:14-18.
I often say “the best dream you can ever have is the one you know you dreamed but you cannot remember the details.” This is because God has sealed it away inside you. You will most likely live it out without having to think about it. God bypasses our natural mind and gives us a spiritual download with instructions. How good is that? I call it “revelation with no obligation!”
Here are three other types of dreams we find in the Bible:
The first one is when we remember the dream completely and we know it’s meaning. These are the easy ones. What you dream is what you get. You can find this type in Genesis 30-31 when Jacob was given a dream from God on how to prosper even when his father-in-law was ripping him off.
The second type of dream is one that you remember completely but don’t know it’s meaning. This is the most common type of dream people have. It is similar to Joseph in Genesis 37 when he dreamed that his family would be bowing down and serving him. He remembered the dream but he did not understand its meaning until years later when it came to pass.
The third kind are those dreams we don’t remember any of the details or maybe just a few but still feel the dream is significant. We know we dreamed but can’t remember the details. Job 33:14-17 indicates that God can give us a dream and conceal it from us to keep us from getting prideful.
Here are few steps to understand your dreams:
- write the dream down even if you don’t understand it
- pray for divine understanding asking God to reveal the dream’s meaning
- notice if you are in the dream or observing. Observing dreams are not usually about you unless you are observing yourself
- if you had to choose 3 to 4 main points of the dream, what would they be? These are usually the main points that simplify the process of interpreting the dream.
