The people of God are not weak! No! But, they are meek, humble, and swift to forgive, Saith the Lord! In fact, they carry the same (DNA) attributes of there Heavenly Father! Jesus hung between two criminal malefactors: being led to their deaths! One on the right and the other on the left.

One of them said to Jesus, “Aren’t you the Son of God? Save thyself!” But the other rebuked him, saying, “Do you not fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation?

You see, you can tell the sheep (right) from the goats (left) in this season because the goats that are on the left side meaning undeveloped in Christ! All ways bucking up against the word of God! The people of God causing confusion! No maturity! Unlike, the criminal on the right (sheep), who showed humility and repentance the way a sheep ought to in the Kingdom of God!

What is God saying? Well, On one side of Jesus our Lord was a victim who was scoffing at him. “And one of the malefactors railed on him saying, Art not thou the Christ? Save thyself and us” (Luke 23:39). I hear God saying many of you are not concerned about the things of God, but you are selfish like the thief on the cross! You will do what is right for you! Not caring about the feelings of others! You will lie, cheat, steal etc……….

Jesus had only done (like many of you) good throughout his sojourn upon this earth (Acts 10:38). He had done nothing to deserve the venom that was being spewed from the mouth of this hostile malefactor. The sarcasm in the words of his mouth, but He still endured His cross without any fight or revenge to those who did Him injustice! Just as you will have to in this old world!

Jesus was our perfect example, who said, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots causing him more shame!” (Luke 23:34).

But, I hear God saying, For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry? My Lord, My Lord! No! God has not forsakened you in fact he is closer to you than ever before and just as the son of man was lifted up so will you be in this season!

I hear God saying because you have endured a good fight take a seat and come on up just a little bit higher! My God ,My God!!

Thank God that He did not come down from the cross, else we would be groping about in darkness, hopeless and helpless sinners. The death of our Lord upon that cross was God’s plan from (just as it is for both you and me) eternity. “. . . the Lamb slain from the foundations of the world” (Revelation 18:8).

“For if you do not forgive your brother there trespasses neither will your Father in heaven forgive you!” (Matthew 6:15). Arm you’re self like wise: forgiveness with all, is the way of the cross!
