Finding Kingdom Order
Some of our biggest heartbreaks are God’s Kingdom restructuring for our life and future.
When we offer ourselves for Kingdom structure, we often must suffer broken bones (the bones of tradition, preconceived notion, personal dreams and hopes).
When we are shattered, we are most able to accept a new Kingdom order (plan of God for our lives and future) – Acts 14:22.
Do not kick against the goads – accept the pain as necessary for something much better to occur (and it always will).
Joseph told his jealous, deceitful, murderous brothers, “It was not you who threw me down that well, BUT GOD.”
As we accept the pain of current circumstances, recognizing that all we have when a crises has ended is our ‘conduct’ during it, we can ’embrace’ shattered dreams rather than reject them.
It is here that genuine spiritual maturity is birthed, and here where our trust for God exceeds our trust in self.
Painful, indeed it is; but necessary in fulfilling His great Kingdom plan ‘on earth as it is in heaven.’
“Strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, “We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God,” Acts 14:22.
