The Lord showed me someone running on a treadmill. They were running as fast as they could run, but growing exhausted as they went along. They never advanced, but remained in the same place. Some of you are trying to obtain Gods approval and favor by works. You are trying to gain momentum in your spiritual life in your own effort. A name, a title or a diploma will not increase revelation, nor promote any one of us in the Kingdom of God. We could only understand spiritual things and learn to hear His voice through a personal relationship which is fellowship with Jesus.

The Lord says:

“I am inviting you into a deeper relationship with Me. This is a place of intimacy where you will experience new levels of My glory. As you come into this place of rest, you will develop the fellowship with Me that you have longed for. This is the place where I will visit you. This is the place where visions will be received and My voice will be heard. It is the place where My anointing is released and you will encounter Me in a new and fresh way. This fellowship with Me is the place where revelation is deposited, My gifts are cultivated and My Word will come alive. This is the place that brings refreshing to your soul. It is a place where you can escape out of business and the distractions of the world. This is one of the mysteries of the kingdom, to live in Me and I in you.

Don’t pursue things in the natural to obtain a personal relationship with Me. Don’t strive for My favor or try to run in your own effort, but as you come before Me, release your cares, your burdens and anxieties. Release the fears and concerns of what your future holds. Come to Me asking for wisdom and direction for your life. Submit your requests to Me and make your dreams known to Me as you come before Me with your prayers and petitions. This is the place that will bring you to the next level. This is the place where you will find joy unspeakable and full of glory. This is the place that will release peace to your heart and mind. All the turmoil that you have been experiencing will dissipate as you enter this place with Me and rest in My presence. As you enter this place of fellowship you will find shalom even in times of distress because I Am present and My Shekinah Glory is in this secret place”

…. says the Lord.

“Do not labor for the food that perishes, but for the food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For on him God the Father has set his seal” John 6:27.

“And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever- The Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you”
John 14:16- 17.

“And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me” John 17:22 -23.
