I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare WISE and RIGHTEOUS People are teachable and are hungry to LEARN still more.
  The FEAR of the Lord/ Adonai is the beginning of WISDOM, and KNOWLEDGE of the Holy Ones is UNDERSTANDING!
• I decree and declare with WISDOM your days are INCREASED; years will be added to your life.
  WISDOM helps all who are WISE; but the scoffers are alone and bear the consequences.
• I decree and declare WISDOM is CALLING!
  UNDERSTANDING is raising her VOICE!
  On the Heights along the road she is standing; by the Gates leading into the City SHE CRIES ALOUD: “People, I am calling you, RAISING MY VOICE TO ALL MANKIND!
  Understand CAUTION and get some COMMON SENSE!”
• I decree and declare WISDOM detests evil and SPEAKS WHAT IS TRUE. All the Words from her mouth are RIGHTEOUS; nothing false or crooked is in them. They are clear to those who UNDERSTAND and STRAIGHTFORWARD to those who gain KNOWLEDGE.
• I decree and declare the FEAR of the Lord/ Adonai is HATRED of EVIL!
  WISDOM hates pride and arrogance, and the evil way and the perverted mouth!
  Good advice belongs to WISDOM, and COMMON SENSE; She is INSIGHT, and POWER is hers.
• I decree and declare as you receive God’s Words and store His commands in your heart, paying attention to WISDOM inclining your mind toward understanding, if you CALL for INSIGHT and raise your voice for DISCERNMENT, if you SEEK IT as you would silver and search for it as for HIDDEN TREASURE — then YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE FEAR OF THE LORD/ ADONAI and find KNOWLEDGE of God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai gives WISDOM; from His mouth comes KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING.
  He stores up COMMON SENSE for the Upright, is a SHIELD to those whose CONDUCT is BLAMELESS, in order to GUARD the courses of JUSTICE and PRESERVE the Way of those FAITHFUL to Him.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has gained RENOWN for His Wonders.
  He is MERCIFUL and COMPASSIONATE.
  He gives food to those who FEAR Him.
  He REMEMBERS His Covenant FOREVER.
  He shows His People how POWERFULLY He works by giving them the Nations as their HERITAGE.
• I decree and declare the Works of God’s/ Elohim’s Hands are TRUTH and JUSTICE; all His Precepts can be trusted.
  He sent REDEMPTION to His People and decreed that His Covenant should last FOREVER.
  His Name is HOLY and FEARSOME – the first and foremost point of WISDOM is the FEAR of the Lord/ Adonai; all those living by it gain good COMMON SENSE. His PRAISE STANDS FOREVER!
• I decree and declare to you, the Children of the Lord Most High/ Adonai-Tzav’ot, FAN the FLAME of God’s/ Elohim’s gift, which you received, for He gave us a Spirit/ Ruach Who produces not timidity, but POWER, LOVE and SELF-DISCIPLINE.
  So, don’t be ashamed of bearing testimony to our Lord.
  Accept your share in suffering disgrace for the sake of the Good News; God will give you the STRENGTH for it, since He DELIVERED us and CALLED us to a life of HOLINESS as His People.
• I decree and declare it was not because of our own deeds, but because of His own PURPOSE and the GRACE which He gave to us who are UNITED with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua that we were delivered from death.
  He did this before the beginning of time, but made it public through the APPEARING of our DELIVERER, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, Who abolished death and REVEALED LIFE and immortality!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁹ Give instruction to a wise man and he will be still wiser, teach a righteous man and he will increase his learning. ¹⁰ The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. ¹¹ For by me your days will be multiplied, and years of life will be added to you. ¹² If you are wise, you are wise for yourself, and if you scoff, you alone will bear it,” Proverbs 9:9-12.

“¹ Does not wisdom call, and understanding lift up her voice? ² On top of the heights beside the way, where the paths meet, she takes her stand; ³ Beside the gates, at the opening to the city, at the entrance of the doors, she cries out: ⁴ “To you, O men, I call, and my voice is to the sons of men. ⁵ “O naive ones, understand prudence; and, O fools, understand wisdom. ⁶ “Listen, for I will speak noble things; and the opening of my lips will reveal right things. ⁷ “For my mouth will utter truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips. ⁸ “All the utterances of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing crooked or perverted in them. ⁹ “They are all straightforward to him who understands, and right to those who find knowledge. ¹⁰ “Take my instruction and not silver, and knowledge rather than choicest gold. ¹¹ “For wisdom is better than jewels; and all desirable things cannot compare with her.
¹² “I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, and I find knowledge and discretion. ¹³ “The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; pride and arrogance and the evil way and the perverted mouth, I hate. ¹⁴ “Counsel is mine and sound wisdom; I am understanding, power is mine,” Proverbs 8:1-14.

“¹ My son, if you will receive my words and treasure my commandments within you, ² Make your ear attentive to wisdom, incline your heart to understanding; ³ For if you cry for discernment, lift your voice for understanding; ⁴ If you seek her as silver and search for her as for hidden treasures; ⁵ Then you will discern the fear of the Lord and discover the knowledge of God. ⁶ For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding. ⁷ He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, ⁸ Guarding the paths of justice, and He preserves the way of His godly ones. ⁹ Then you will discern righteousness and justice and equity and every good course. ¹⁰ For wisdom will enter your heart and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul; ¹¹ Discretion will guard you, understanding will watch over you,” Proverbs 2:1-11.

“¹ Praise the Lord! I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart, in the company of the upright and in the assembly. ² Great are the works of the Lord; they are studied by all who delight in them. ³ Splendid and majestic is His work, and His righteousness endures forever. ⁴ He has made His wonders to be remembered; the Lord is gracious and compassionate. ⁵ He has given food to those who fear Him; He will remember His covenant forever. ⁶ He has made known to His people the power of His works, In giving them the heritage of the nations.
⁷ The works of His hands are truth and justice; all His precepts are sure. ⁸ They are upheld forever and ever; they are performed in truth and uprightness. ⁹ He has sent redemption to His people; He has ordained His covenant forever; Holy and awesome is His name. ¹⁰ The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who do His commandments; His praise endures forever,” Psalm 111:1-10.

“⁶ For this reason I remind you to kindle afresh the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. ⁷ For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline.
⁸ Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord or of me His prisoner, but join with me in suffering for the gospel according to the power of God, ⁹ who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity, ¹⁰ but now has been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel,” 2 Timothy 1:6-10

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
