Declarations & Decrees: Fasting & Prayer — Not My Will but Thine Be Done!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare as I fast, others will not know, for my appearance will not show it.
  I do not fast and pray for men to acknowledge me and my actions or motives.
  I FAST and PRAY to draw closer to the Lord/ Adonai and to break the strongholds in my life and in the lives of others.
  My Father Who SEES in SECRET will reward me.
• I decree and declare SENSITIVITY to the move of the Spirit and to DISCERNING of the spirits at work in a situation will RESULT from PRAYER and FASTING.
  We cannot expect to move in the Spirit without DEDICATING our time and energy to Him.
  Once we are focused and UNDERSTAND God’s will, we will be able to ACHIEVE His Will in the World and set the captives free.
• I decree and declare I have FAITH and TRUST in God’s HEALING Power and in His CALL upon my life.
  His Spirit lives within me and within all who believe that Jesus/ Yeshua is the Son of God and accept His Salvation.
  With FAITH NOTHING is impossible for me. I have the DISCERNMENT and DEVOTION to the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua the Messiah to know that where strongholds need to be broken, PRAYER and FASTING are required.
• I decree and declare I am REPENTANT daily, FORGIVING others and ridding my life of all things that might block the MOVE of GOD/ ELOHIM.
  It is not prayers and fasting alone that will ACHIEVE BREAKTHROUGHS, but a CONTRITE HEART and RIGHTEOUS LIFE.
  Nothing is hidden from the Father/ Abba.
  Any sin in my life with PROHIBIT HIM from moving on my behalf.
• I decree and declare the FAST God/ Elohim chooses is to RELEASE the BONDS of wickedness, to UNTIE the CORDS of the yoke, to LET the OPPRESSED GO FREE, and to TEAR OFF EVERY YOKE!
  It is to SHARE YOUR BREAD with the Hungry, to BRING the Homeless Poor into your House.
  When you see the Naked, COVER him, and do not hide yourself from your own flesh and blood.
• I decree and declare then YOUR LIGHT WILL BREAK FORTH like the DAWN, and your HEALING will spring up speedily.
  Your RIGHTEOUSNESS will go before you, the GLORY of the Lord as your REAR GUARD.
• I decree and declare then you will CALL, and the Lord/ Adonai will ANSWER. You will CRY and He will say, “Here I AM.”
  When you get rid of the yoke among you — finger pointing and badmouthing — when you give yourself to the Hungry, and SATISFY the DESIRE of the Afflicted, your LIGHT WILL RISE in darkness, and your gloom will be like midday.
• I decree and declare to the RIGHTEOUS, the Lord/ Adonai will GUIDE YOU CONTINUALLY, satisfy your soul in drought and STRENGTHEN your bones.
  You will be like a WATERED GARDEN, like a Spring of Water whose waters never fail.
• I decree and declare, My Father/ Abba, in times of sorrow and great difficulty I cry unto You, “Not as I will, but as You will!”
  When my body is tired and I find it difficult to STAND with You, “Not my will, but Yours be done.”
  May I continue to PERSEVERE and DEDICATE myself to PRAYER and FASTING that Your WILL may be ACCOMPLISHED on Earth as it is in Heaven!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁶ “Whenever you fast, do not put on a gloomy face as the hypocrites do, for they neglect their appearance so that they will be noticed by men when they are fasting. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. ¹⁷ But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face ¹⁸ so that your fasting will not be noticed by men, but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you,” Matthew 6:16-18.

“¹⁴ When they came to the crowd, a man came up to Jesus, falling on his knees before Him and saying, ¹⁵ “Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is a lunatic and is very ill; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water. ¹⁶ I brought him to Your disciples, and they could not cure him.” ¹⁷ And Jesus answered and said, “You unbelieving and perverted generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring him here to Me.” ¹⁸ And Jesus rebuked him, and the demon came out of him, and the boy was cured at once.
¹⁹ Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not drive it out?” ²⁰ And He said to them, “Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you. ²¹ But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting,” Matthew 17: 14-21.

“³ ‘Why have we fasted and You do not see? Why have we humbled ourselves and You do not notice?’ Behold, on the day of your fast you find your desire, and drive hard all your workers. ⁴ “Behold, you fast for contention and strife and to strike with a wicked fist. You do not fast like you do today to make your voice heard on high. ⁵ “Is it a fast like this which I choose, a day for a man to humble himself? Is it for bowing one’s head like a reed and for spreading out sackcloth and ashes as a bed? Will you call this a fast, even an acceptable day to the Lord? ⁶ “Is this not the fast which I choose, to loosen the bonds of wickedness, to undo the bands of the yoke, and to let the oppressed go free and break every yoke? ⁷ “Is it not to divide your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into the house; when you see the naked, to cover him; and not to hide yourself from your own flesh? ⁸ “Then your light will break out like the dawn, and your recovery will speedily spring forth; and your righteousness will go before you; the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. ⁹ “Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am.’ If you remove the yoke from your midst, the pointing of the finger and speaking wickedness, ¹⁰ And if you give yourself to the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then your light will rise in darkness and your gloom will become like midday. ¹¹ “And the Lord will continually guide you, and satisfy your desire in scorched places, and give strength to your bones; and you will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail. ¹² “Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins; you will raise up the age-old foundations; and you will be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of the streets in which to dwell,” Isaiah 58:3-12.

“³⁶ Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to His disciples, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.” ³⁷ And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be grieved and distressed. ³⁸ Then He said to them, “My soul is deeply grieved, to the point of death; remain here and keep watch with Me.”
³⁹ And He went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will.” ⁴⁰ And He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “So, you men could not keep watch with Me for one hour? ⁴¹ Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
⁴² He went away again a second time and prayed, saying, “My Father, if this cannot pass away unless I drink it, Your will be done.” ⁴³ Again He came and found them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy. ⁴⁴ And He left them again, and went away and prayed a third time, saying the same thing once more. ⁴⁵ Then He came to the disciples and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Behold, the hour is at hand and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners. ⁴⁶ Get up, let us be going; behold, the one who betrays Me is at hand!” Matthew 26:36-46.
