Faith It!
FAITH versus fear… seems like an easy choice, right?
We know in our mind that choosing Faith over fear is the correct thing to do, but when you are in the midst of a trial, Faith my not come easy!
It’s a tug of war between what we know to do, and what we are feeling in our hearts.
Our head says chose Faith, but our heart feels the conflict first hand with all the emotions to boot. The emotions are a roller coaster of ups and downs and can make the Faith vs. fear battle more intense.
It can be an internal battle that sometimes is not easily won. When we do fail in keeping the FAITH the enemy is quick to pounce and condemn us, which only compounds our problems if we let it.
I want to encourage you today… our walk with Christ is not a sprint, but a marathon. It will have ups, downs, success, and failure and that’s okay.
It’s okay if we stumble. Life is not easy and faith during trial, is like a marathon. I t takes lots of practice to trust and “FAITH IT” not fear it when the enemy is nipping at your heals!
Brush yourself off if you’ve stumbled in believing for God’s rescue… He will forgive you, just ask.
Forgive yourself; put on a new pair of FAITH shoes — get back on track and be ready to “FAITH IT” in the next trial.
I’m on my way out for a new pair of running shoes… wink wink! 😉
Have a blessed day and I pray this encourages you!
Blessings and HIS abundant grace to you!
