On Saturday June 2. I was out at My Desert work place where I had gone to sculpt a large Eagle Sculpture as a comission for a lady in Michigan. Early on Saturday the I woke up and heard the Lord speaking about His sovereign power.

HERE IS WHAT HE SPOKE TO ME:

I HAVE BROUGHT MANY IN BY FAITH DECREE. I HAVE DECLARED IT AND NOW IT HAPPENS. SEE THOSE COME IN “BY GRACE” THOSE WHO WERE NOT MY PEOPLE, YET NOW THEY JOIN THE ELECT FOR BY MY DECREE I SAY, WHOSOEVER WILL MAY COME. I SAW THEM BY MY FAITH AND HAVE SPOKEN OVER THEM MY DECREE THAT SAYS “LIKE ME YOU WILL BECOME AND JUSTIFIED YOU ARE, EVEN HAVE I SAID GLORIFIED ARE YE, YET YOU REMAIN ONLY IN SEED, YET TO BE GLORIFIED. TRULY THESE ARE TO BE FOUND AMONG THE ELECT YET THEY HAVE COME IN BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH.

BUT HEAR YE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE THOSE WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING EVEN BEFORE BIRTH, I HAVE SPOKEN OVER THEM AND THEY CAME FORTH FROM THE WOMB WALKING IN MY PLAN AND THESE ARE MINE. I HAVE CALLED THEM BY MY NAME AND HAVE MADE THEM INSTROMENTS OF MY SOVEREIGN POWER TO DO MY WORK. THEY ARE FOREVER MINE AND THEY CAME FORTH MINE EVEN AS JOHN THE BAPTIST WAS A MAN SENT FROM ME, THE CAME FORTH TO ACCOMPLISH MY PLAN. I HAVE DECLARED IT TO BE DONE AND I MOVE TO ACCOMPLISH IT FOREVER.

AM I NOT GOD (SOVEREIGN IN ALL MY POWER TO MAKE ONE VESSEL UNTO HONOR AND SOME TO DISHONOR? I AM WHO I AM. I WILL DO IT AND WHO CAN STOP ME SHORT OF MY ETERNAL PLAN? IN THE END I WILL JUDGE WITH RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT – ALL WHOM I HAVE MADE.

He explained to me in a word about the fact that there are MANY who are ELECTED (born predestined for a definite purpose) and that these Elect are SENT FROM GOD. He explained that John the Baptist was one of these. John the Baptist was CHOSEN BY GOD TO COME FORTH AND ANNOUNCE THE COMING OF JESUS AND THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. He was BORN with this sovereign call upon his life. Matter fact the Scripture says that he was filled with the Holy Spirit BEFORE HE WAS BORN. He was unlike other men, but he did HAVE A DEFINITE PURPOSE and that purpose was decided FOR HIM and placed upon Him by God. This is why He was called … A MAN SENT FROM GOD.

There are MANY like John in the Scripture. Think with me of the Scripture found in….

ROMANS 9:6-13
“Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect, For they are NOT ALL ISRAEL, WHICH ARE OF ISRAEL; Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy SEED BE CALLED.
That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sara shall have a son.
And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
(FOR THE CHILDREN BEING NOT YET BORN, NEITHER HAVING DONE ANY GOOD OR EVIL, that the PURPOSE OF GOD ACCORDING TO ELECTION MIGHT STAND, not of works but OF HIM THAT CALLETH;) It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.
As it is written, JACOB HAVE I LOVED, BUT ESAU HAVE I HATED.”

In these scriptures we understand and read how God did ELECT certain in the Nation of Israel to be SEED. The seed line is seen throughout the Old Testament. God did call Israel to be a CHOSEN NATION out of all the Nations of the Earth and IN THE NATION OF ISRAEL he did have a CHOSEN SEED. The seed did belong to ISAAC. Those who are Children of Abraham were NOT NECESSARILY SEED BUT ONLY THOSE WHO WERE FURTHER ELECTED. Than we understand that Rebecca had two sons, Jacob and Esau. God did CHOOSE AND CALL BY ELECTIION JACOB before Jacob was born. Jacob was not the first born but even so GOD PUT HIS ELECTION UPON HIM. Esau was rejected. It was NOT BECAUSE ONE DID GOOD AND THE OTHER BAD… it was because GOD CHOOSE THE ONE HE WANTED IN SOVEREIGN POWER. It should be pointed out here that, Just because Jacob was chosen over Esau to be the SEED LINE it does not mean by the word “ESAU HAVE I HATED” that God did literally HATE ESAU, but that He simply was NOT CHOSEN. God HAD A PLAN IN MIND FOR JACOB and He put his ELECTION UPON HIM. This Plan was to bring forth a MESSIAH INTO THE WORLD TO SAVE THE WORLD.

Election was to INSURE AND PURPUSE DEFINITELY… GODS PLAN FOR THE WORLD. God did pre-dertermine before the Seed Line was born WHO THEY WERE TO BE AND WHAT THEY WOULD DO. In this way God did cause it to happen exactly as He desired it to happen.

Now. Not all men are ELECTED for special purpose such as a seed line the Lord told me. He went on to explain that HE, GOD, DID DECREE BY FAITH that all men who CALL UPON HIM SHALL BE SAVED. He said that this call was by His Decree and Faith that ALL WHO… SO… EVER CALLETH UPON THE LORD WILL BE SAVED. He explained it by giving me the understanding of verses found which teach that Jesus came to the NATION OF ISRAEL FIRST. He said I did come to them who were MY PEOPLE AND THOSE CALLED AND ELECTED BY ME AS A SPECIAL NATION. He said he came to the JEWS and in paticular he INVITED THEM TO THE KINGDOM which He would have set up… had they accepted him as their Messiah. But. They did reject him and then Jesus TURNED TO THOSE WHO WERE NOT CHILDREN OR INVITED and He called them by GRACE THROUGH FAITH. Consider the following verses:

JOHN 1:11-13

“He came unto his own, and his own received him not. BUT AS MANY AS RECEIVED HIM, TO THEM HE GAVE THE POWER TO BECOME THE SONS OF GOD, EVEN TO THEM THAT BELIEVE ON HIS NAME.”

LUKE 14:16-24

“Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many; And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.
And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.
And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them; I pray thee have me excused.
And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.
So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things, Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly unto the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.
And the servent said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room.
And the Lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper.”

EPHESIANS 2:11-14 and 19-20

“Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; That at that time ye were WITHOUT CHRIST, BEING ALIENS FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF ISRAEL, AND STRANGERS FROM THE COVENANTS OF PROMISE, HAVING NO HOPE, AND WITHOUT GOD IN THE WORLD; But now in Christ Jesus ye who were sometimes were far off ARE MADE NIGH BY THE BLOOD OF CHRIST. For he is our peace, and who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; ……. Now therefore YE ARE … NO MORE STRANGERS AND FOREIGNERS, BUT FELLOWCITIZENS WITH THE SAINTS, AND OF THE HOUSEHOLD OF GOD; And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone.”

Yes, the Lord did bring in those who WERE NOT IN THE PROMISES, not by election, BUT BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH. He has DECREED THAT …

“WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED.” ROMANS 10:13
