Eyes of Love
A Psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud
Eyes of Love
Life is hard
Life is blinding
Life is misleading
Life can turn a heart hard
And make one jaded
Walking down the streets
You can see how life
Has pulled them down:
Fatherless, homeless, hopeless
Discouraged, unwanted, unloved
But The Father’s Heart was moved
With Compassion and Mercy
He sent helpers to walk amongst them—
Their eyes were filled with His Love
Eyes of Love on a mission
To touch hearts and souls
To emanate gentleness and kindness
And lead those lost souls
Home to The Lord’s Fold
One smile
One touch
One helping hand
One kind word
The Hands and Feet of Jesus are working
Spreading Love faster than fire
And burning deeper
Reaching hearts and minds
Healing from the inside out
Bringing Hope and Light
Softening hearts
Never thought possible
Rejoicing in The Father’s Love
Eyes of Love on a mission
To touch hearts and souls
To emanate gentleness and kindness
And lead those lost souls
Home to The Lord’s Fold
Eyes of Love, awaken
Eyes of Love, awaken
Eyes of Love, awaken!
The Hands and Feet of Jesus are working
Eyes of Love on a mission
To touch hearts and souls
To emanate gentleness and kindness
And lead those lost souls
Home to The Lord’s Fold

“You shall give to him freely, and your heart shall not be grudging when you give to him, because for this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in all that you undertake,” Deuteronomy 15:10.
“They will pick up serpents with their hands; and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.” Mark 16:18.
“Father of the fatherless and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation,” Psalm 68:5.
“Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow’s cause,” Isaiah 1:17.

“You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord,” Leviticus 19:18.
“Jesus replied, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he fell among robbers, who stripped him and beat him and departed, leaving him half dead. Now by chance a priest was going down that road, and when he saw him he passed by on the other side. So likewise a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he journeyed, came to where he was, and when he saw him, he had compassion. He went to him and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he set him on his own animal and brought him to an inn and took care of him. And the next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper, saying, ‘Take care of him, and whatever more you spend, I will repay you when I come back.’ Which of these three, do you think, proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell among the robbers?” He said, “The one who showed him mercy.” And Jesus said to him, “You go, and do likewise.”” Luke 10:30-37.
“What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray? And if he finds it, truly, I say to you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine that never went astray,” Matthew 18:12-13.

“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD.” Psalm 150:6.
Lovely!
Gabrielle,
This is BEAUTIFUL! I can see your students wrapped around you to scoop up all PAPA’S LOVE that pours out of you.
Even the hard ones become as putty for you, as so many are starving for the right kind of LOVE from PAPA’S HEART.
I’m sure there are many who have changed hearts after having you as a teacher. Pre-schoolers are so precious & speak their hearts in true freedom.
There must be a fight that goes on during the summer from all the parents who want you as their child’s teacher in the fall, because there is no lack of PAPA’S LOVE IN THAT CLASSROOM!
God Bless you! Bev
Dear Beverly,
Thank you so much for your words of kindness and encouragement. I don’t know about parents lining up to have their child in my class, but I do know that the children come to me because The Father sends them to me. All kinds I get and yes, the most difficult still remember me even after 17 years. Some even call me “ Mommy”.
Much love to you,
Gabrielle
