Examine Yourselves
Whether ye be in the faith. There are things that the Spirit is bringing to life, even as we speak. There are certain phrases and words, that are beginning to take on new and fresh meaning. And it is clear, that this was intended for this hour we are in now. There are groups of words like, “Prove your own selves,” and “Examine yourselves,” and a very familiar scripture, “Work out your OWN soul salvation,” And another one we have all known, “Study to show THYSELF approved unto God.”
One might ask, why is the Spirit beginning to speak so, in this time? I feel it is because, many are being led astray. And it’s not being done by those so many are thinking it is being done by. Can we see what happens, when we decide to follow men, more than we are following the Holy Ghost. Is it now becoming more clear, how things go, when we began to change the order that God set in the church.
I remember years back now, when a man stood behind the pulpit on a Sunday, in front of a large congregation, and made a statement that changed my life forever. He said, “I do not have to give you chapter and verse for what I say. God speaks to me, and I speak to you.”
Our own personal, one-on-one relationship with Jesus Christ, is the most important thing in our lives; if we really are true followers of Him. It is also clear today, that many who say they were born of the Spirit, absolutely, do not know, how cold and harsh they have become. They would even eat you up if they could, if you dare imply, that they appear to only have a form of godliness, and no longer have the real Power, we once had. And one of the problems is, many of us never truly studied and learned the scriptures, for ourselves. We too often took someone else’s word, and passed it on.
Those who do not turn back to the Spirit, for themselves, will remain as they are. We all knew very well, that we cannot always see ourselves in a constructive and honest manner; it doesn’t matter what plane we claim to live on. It takes the Holy Ghost, to reveal who we really are. Some today, manifest such a hostile and demeaning spirit, if you dare question them in any kind of way. They are still hurting people and pushing them around, in the same manner they have for years; and they feel no responsibility at all. I have some like that; and may I say, I pray for them every day of my life. But the time has come, that I have to start praying earnestly, for myself.
When we stand before Him one day soon, He is not going to ask us about anyone else, or whomever else we were being obedient to. God knew that these days were coming. And we’re still so busy and caught up in pointing out how wrong others are, how godless we thing they are, we do not even know, what we ourselves have become.
Judgment is coming, and we are so sure, it’s for everyone else, but us. Those that are hungry and listening, are hearing. Other words are ringing out louder: Search, reach, encourage, fast, pray, study, repent, weep, travail, turn, examine, prove, demonstrate, operate, loose, free, sacrifice, listen, hear, humble, prefer and discernment.
Save YOURSELVES, from this wicked generation. Then, rush out to others.

Matthew 7:1-5 (NKJV)
Do Not Judge
7 “Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. 3 And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? 5 Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
1 Corinthians 5:9-13 (NASB77)
9 I wrote you in my letter not to associate with immoral people;
10 I did not at all mean with the immoral people of this world, or with the covetous and swindlers, or with idolaters; for then you would have to go out of the world.
11 But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he should be an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler– not even to eat with such a one.
12 For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church?
13 But those who are outside, God judges. REMOVE THE WICKED MAN FROM AMONG YOURSELVES. MEANING: Judge for YOURSELF…
How does the five fold Ministry fit into this??? Please…
