I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the Lord is my STRENGTH and my SONG, and HE is my SALVATION!
  This is my GOD: I GLORIFY Him; my father’s God: I EXALT Him!
• We decree and declare God is my SALVATION!
  I am CONFIDENT and WITHOUT FEAR; for the Lord is my STRENGTH and my SONG and He is my SALVATION!
  I JOYFULLY draw water from the springs of SALVATION!
• We declare I give THANKS to the Lord, and I CALL on His Name.
  I make His DEEDS known among the Peoples and declare how EXALTED is His Name!
  I sing to the Lord, for HE has TRIUMPHED – I declare His VICTORY throughout the Earth!
• We decree and declare I SHOUT and SING for joy, as do those who live in ZION, for the HOLY ONE of Israel is WITH YOU in His GREATNESS!
• We declare I LOVE You, Lord, my STRENGTH! You, Lord, are my ROCK, my fortress and deliverer, my God, my Rock, in whom I find SHELTER, my SHIELD, the POWER that saves me, my stronghold!
• We declare I call on the Lord, who is WORTHY of praise, and I am SAVED from my enemies.
  Though I have been terrified of death on all sides and the great floods, yet as I called to the Lord, HE HEARD my voice, my cry reached His ears.
  He sent from on high, He took me and pulled me out of deep water; He RESCUED me from my powerful enemy, from those who hated me.
• We declare the Lord KNOWS and REPAYS you, who WALK UPRIGHTLY, according to the PURITY of your hands.
  He shows MERCY to the merciful; He is SINCERE, with those who are sincere; He is PURE to those who are pure; He SAVES the afflicted.
• We decree and declare the Lord LIGHTS my lamp; He lights up my darkness.
  He gives me STRENGTH and STAMINA to run and battle.
  God’s way is PERFECT, His Word has been TESTED by FIRE; He SHIELDS all who take refuge in Him!
• We declare our God, the Lord, is a ROCK!
  It is God who girds me with STRENGTH and makes my way go STRAIGHT.
  He makes me SWIFT, SURE-FOOTED as a deer, and enables me to STAND on high places.
  God’s SHIELD is SALVATION, His right hand holds me up, His HUMILITY makes me great. He lengthens my steps.
• We decree and declare the Lord is making His Servants HEADS of the Nations; people that they did not know now SERVE them.
  The people of the Earth hear of God’s Servants’ REPUTATION and they obey, foreigners come cringing to them.
• We declare the Lord is ALIVE; BLESSED is my Rock!
  EXALTED is the God of my SALVATION, the God who AVENGES me and subdues peoples under me.
  He delivers me from my enemies and lifts me high above them!
• We declare and give THANKS to you, Lord, among the Nations; I sing PRAISES to Your Name.
  You give great SALVATION to Your Servants; You encompass Your ANOINTED ONES with GRACE!
• We declare, as prophesied through the prophet, Emmanuel is His name which means ‘God with us!’
  The angel of the Lord told Joseph, “You are to name Him Jesus/ Yeshua (the Lord saves) because He SAVES His People from their sins.”
  We praise You Lord for Bringing SALVATION to Earth, that we may be cleansed and RIGHTEOUS before You.
  May Your Kingdom come on Earth as it is in Heaven!
• We decree and declare God’s GRACE, which brings DELIVERANCE, has appeared to ALL People.
  It teaches us to RENOUNCE godless and worldly pleasure, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives NOW, in this age, while continuing to expect the BLESSED FULFILLMENT of our certain HOPE, which is the APPEARING of the Shekinah Glory of our Great God and the appearing of our Deliverer, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• We decree and declare Christ/ Messiah gave Himself up on our behalf to FREE US from all lawless deeds and PURIFY for Himself a People who would be His own, EAGER TO DO GOOD!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“The Lord is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise Him; my father’s God, and I will extol Him,” Exodus 15:2.

“² “Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation.” ³ Therefore you will joyously draw water from the springs of salvation. ⁴ And in that day you will say, “Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name. Make known His deeds among the peoples; make them remember that His name is exalted.” ⁵ Praise the Lord in song, for He has done excellent things; let this be known throughout the earth. ⁶ Cry aloud and shout for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel,” Isaiah 12:2-6.

“¹ “I love You, O Lord, my strength.” ² The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. ³ I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies. ⁴ The cords of death encompassed me, and the torrents of ungodliness terrified me. ⁵ The cords of Sheol surrounded me; the snares of death confronted me. ⁶ In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God for help; He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry for help before Him came into His ears……
…….. ²³ I was also blameless with Him, and I kept myself from my iniquity. ²⁴ Therefore the Lord has recompensed me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in His eyes. ²⁵ With the kind You show Yourself kind; with the blameless You show Yourself blameless; ²⁶ With the pure You show Yourself pure, and with the crooked You show Yourself astute. ²⁷ For You save an afflicted people, but haughty eyes You abase. ²⁸ For You light my lamp; the Lord my God illumines my darkness. ²⁹ For by You I can run upon a troop; and by my God I can leap over a wall. ³⁰ As for God, His way is blameless; the word of the Lord is tried; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him. ³¹ For who is God, but the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God, ³² The God who girds me with strength and makes my way blameless? ³³ He makes my feet like hinds’ feet, and sets me upon my high places. ³⁴ He trains my hands for battle, so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze. ³⁵ You have also given me the shield of Your salvation, and Your right hand upholds me; and Your gentleness makes me great. ³⁶ You enlarge my steps under me, and my feet have not slipped……
……. ⁴³ You have delivered me from the contentions of the people; You have placed me as head of the nations; a people whom I have not known serve me. ⁴⁴ As soon as they hear, they obey me; foreigners submit to me. ⁴⁵ Foreigners fade away, and come trembling out of their fortresses. ⁴⁶ The Lord lives, and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of my salvation, ⁴⁷ The God who executes vengeance for me, and subdues peoples under me. ⁴⁸ He delivers me from my enemies; surely You lift me above those who rise up against me; You rescue me from the violent man. ⁴⁹ Therefore I will give thanks to You among the nations, O Lord, and I will sing praises to Your name. ⁵⁰ He gives great deliverance to His king, and shows lovingkindness to His anointed, to David and his descendants forever,” Psalm 18:1-6, 23-36, 43-50.

“¹⁷ So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; from David to the deportation to Babylon, fourteen generations; and from the deportation to Babylon to the Messiah, fourteen generations. ¹⁸ Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: when His mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child by the Holy Spirit. ¹⁹ And Joseph her husband, being a righteous man and not wanting to disgrace her, planned to send her away secretly. ²⁰ But when he had considered this, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; for the Child who has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. ²¹ She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” ²² Now all this took place to fulfill what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet: ²³ “Behold, the virgin shall be with child and shall bear a Son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel,” which translated means, “God with us.” ²⁴ And Joseph awoke from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took Mary as his wife, ²⁵ but kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name Jesus,” Matthew 1:17-25.

^“11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, ¹² instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, ¹³ looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, ¹⁴ who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds,” Titus 2:11-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
