I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, I CALL to You from the Depths and You HEAR my cry!
  Your Ears PAY ATTENTION to the Sound of my pleading.
  Lord/ Yah, none of us could stand before You if you kept a record of all our sins; but with YOU there is FORGIVENESS, so that You will be feared!
• I decree and declare I WAIT longingly for the Lord/ Adonai; I put my HOPE in His Word!
  EVERYTHING in me WAITS for Him more than guards on Watch wait for morning.
  Children of God Most High/ El’Elyon, put your HOPE in the Lord/ Adonai! For GRACE is found with Him, and with Him is UNLIMITED REDEMPTION.
  He will REDEEM Israel from all their wrongdoings.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will CARE for me, though my mother and father are far from me.
  I PRAISE You, Lord/ Adonai, that You TEACH me YOUR WAY and LEAD me on a level Path because of my enemies; You will not give me up to the whims of my foes.
• I decree and declare I am RISING above the turmoil of the Earth, for I BELIEVE that I will see Your GOODNESS, Lord/ Adonai, in the Land of the Living.
  I place my HOPE in the Lord/ Adonai, I am STRONG, and my Heart takes COURAGE in Him!
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, YOU are my GOD/ ELOHIM!
  I EXALT You, I PRAISE Your Name!
  For You have ACCOMPLISHED marvels, FULFILLED ancient plans faithfully and truly.
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, are a REFUGE for the Poor and for the Needy in distress, a SHELTER from the storm, and SHADE from the heat!
  Like Desert heat, You subdue the Foreigners’ uproar; like heat subdued by a cloud’s shadow, the song of the ruthless dies away.
• I decree and declare on Mount Zion/ Tziyon, the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot will make for all Peoples a FEAST of rich food and superb wines! He will SWALLOW up death FOREVER.
  The Lord/ Adonai will WIPE AWAY the tears from Every Face, and He will REMOVE from all the Earth the DISGRACE His People suffer.
  For the Lord/Adonai has SPOKEN!
• I decree and declare, on that Day, we will say, “SEE, this is our GOD/ ELOHIM!
  We WAITED for Him to Save us!
  This is the Lord/ Adonai, we put our HOPE in Him.
  We are FULL of JOY, so GLAD He SAVED us!
• I decree and declare the GLORY that will be REVEALED to us in the future will so outshine the sufferings that we are now going through.
  The sufferings we are going through will pale in comparison.
  The Creation WAITS eagerly for the sons of God to be REVEALED, for the Creation was made subject to FRUSTRATION – not willingly, but because of the One who Subjected it.
• I decree and declare it was in HOPE that we were SAVED.
  If we continue HOPING for what we don’t see, then we still WAIT EAGERLY for it, with PERSEVERANCE.
  Similarly, the Spirit HELPS us in our weakness, for we don’t know how to pray the way we would.
  But the Spirit Himself PLEADS on our behalf with groanings too deep for words.
• I decree and declare that God CAUSES all things to work together for the GOOD of those who LOVE God and are CALLED in accordance with His Purpose, because those whom He knew in Advance, He also determined in Advance would be conformed to the pattern of His Son, so that He might be the Firstborn among many brothers!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Lord. ² Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications. ³ If You, Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? ⁴ But there is forgiveness with You, that You may be feared.
⁵ I wait for the Lord, my soul does wait, and in His word do I hope. ⁶ My soul waits for the Lord more than the watchmen for the morning; indeed, more than the watchmen for the morning. ⁷ O Israel, hope in the Lord; for with the Lord there is lovingkindness, and with Him is abundant redemption. ⁸ And He will redeem Israel from all his iniquities,” Psalm 130:1-8.

“¹⁰ For my father and my mother have forsaken me, but the Lord will take me up.
¹¹ Teach me Your way, O Lord, and lead me in a level path because of my foes. ¹² Do not deliver me over to the desire of my adversaries, for false witnesses have risen against me, and such as breathe out violence. ¹³ I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. ¹⁴ Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage; yes, wait for the Lord,” Psalm 27:10-14.

“¹ O Lord, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will give thanks to Your name; for You have worked wonders, plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness. ² For You have made a city into a heap, a fortified city into a ruin; a palace of strangers is a city no more, it will never be rebuilt. ³ Therefore a strong people will glorify You; cities of ruthless nations will revere You. ⁴ For You have been a defense for the helpless, a defense for the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; for the breath of the ruthless is like a rain storm against a wall. ⁵ Like heat in drought, You subdue the uproar of aliens; like heat by the shadow of a cloud, the song of the ruthless is silenced.
⁶ The Lord of hosts will prepare a lavish banquet for all peoples on this mountain; a banquet of aged wine, choice pieces with marrow, and refined, aged wine. ⁷ And on this mountain He will swallow up the covering which is over all peoples, even the veil which is stretched over all nations. ⁸ He will swallow up death for all time, and the Lord God will wipe tears away from all faces, and He will remove the reproach of His people from all the earth; for the Lord has spoken. ⁹ And it will be said in that day, “Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us. This is the Lord for whom we have waited; let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.” ¹⁰ For the hand of the Lord will rest on this mountain, and Moab will be trodden down in his place as straw is trodden down in the water of a manure pile,” Isaiah 25:1-10.

“¹⁸ For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us. ¹⁹ For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. ²⁰ For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope ²¹ that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. ²² For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. ²³ And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body. ²⁴ For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees? ²⁵ But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it.
²⁶ In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; ²⁷ and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
²⁸ And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. ²⁹ For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; ³⁰ and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified,” Romans 8:18-30.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
