I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you are NEVER ALONE!
  Though trials come your way and you have difficulties on all sides, KNOW that the Lord is with you. For God Himself said, “I will NEVER LEAVE YOU or forsake you,” so that with CONFIDENCE you can say, “The Lord is my Helper, I WILL NOT FEAR!”
• I decree and declare Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is the SAME Yesterday, Today and FOREVER!
  HE DOESN’T CHANGE!
  Every good gift and EVERY PERFECT GIFT IS FROM ABOVE, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow. (Malachi 3:6; James 1:17)
• I decree and declare you are not carried away by all kinds of strange teachings, but rather your Heart is STRENGTHENED by the GRACE of God as you DWELL in His Presence and SOAK in His Word.
• I decree and declare Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua suffered outside the gate that we can CONTINUALLY OFFER UP to God a SACRIFICE of PRAISE — the fruit of lips GIVING THANKS to His Name!
  We will not neglect doing GOOD and sharing, for with such SACRIFICES God is well pleased!
• I decree and declare I PRAISE You, Lord God/ Adonai Elohim; You are GREAT and LOVING!
  You declare, “For I KNOW the PLANS that I have in mind for you, PLANS FOR PEACE and not calamity — to GIVE YOU A FUTURE and a HOPE!
  Then you will CALL on Me, and COME and PRAY to Me, and I will LISTEN to you.
  You will SEEK Me and FIND Me, when you will SEARCH for Me with all your Heart!”
• I decree and declare you will RECOGNIZE those who Work hard among you and are over you in the Lord, and ESTEEM them beyond all measure in LOVE because of their work.
  Keep PEACE/ SHALOM among yourselves; COMFORT the fainthearted, HELP the weak, be PATIENT with Everyone.
• I decree and declare I will REJOICE ALWAYS in the Lord/ Adonai and His FAITHFULNESS.
  I am THANKFUL that in ALL THINGS I am VICTORIOUS; for I sit in Heavenly places with Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah my Savior.
  HE KNOWS all that I am experiencing, the pain and the heartache.
  I am not alone.
  Through it all, the Lord is VICTORIOUS, and I am STRONGER for this time of WALKING with my Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare KINDNESS and TRUTH will never leave me — I bind them around my neck and they are written upon the tablet of my Heart!
  By this I will gain FAVOR and a good Name in the Eyes of God and man.
• I decree and declare I TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai with all my Heart; I will not lean on my own Understanding, but RATHER in all my ways I WILL ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, KNOWING that He will make my PATHS STRAIGHT!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁵ Make sure that your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, “I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you,” ⁶ so that we confidently say, “The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid. What will man do to me?”
⁷ Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you; and considering the result of their conduct, imitate their faith. ⁸ Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. ⁹ Do not be carried away by varied and strange teachings; for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, not by foods, through which those who were so occupied were not benefited. ¹⁰ We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat.¹¹ For the bodies of those animals whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest as an offering for sin, are burned outside the camp. ¹² Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people through His own blood, suffered outside the gate. ¹³ So, let us go out to Him outside the camp, bearing His reproach. ¹⁴ For here we do not have a lasting city, but we are seeking the city which is to come.
¹⁵ Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name. ¹⁶ And do not neglect doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is pleased,” Hebrews 13:5-16.

“¹¹ For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. ¹² Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. ¹³ You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart,” Jeremiah 29:11-13.

“¹² But we request of you, brethren, that you appreciate those who diligently labor among you, and have charge over you in the Lord and give you instruction, ¹³ and that you esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Live in peace with one another. ¹⁴ We urge you, brethren, admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone. ¹⁵ See that no one repays another with evil for evil, but always seek after that which is good for one another and for all people. ¹⁶ Rejoice always; ¹⁷ pray without ceasing; ¹⁸ in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. ¹⁹ Do not quench the Spirit; ²⁰ do not despise prophetic utterances. ²¹ But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good; ²² abstain from every form of evil.
²³ Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. ²⁴ Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass,” 1 Thessalonians 5:12-24.

“³ Do not let kindness and truth leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. ⁴ So you will find favor and good repute in the sight of God and man. ⁵ Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. ⁶ In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight,” Proverbs 3:3-6.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
