Endorsing Others in a Godly Manner
Let me say this, because I’m noticing that several leaders are dealing with this scenario.
I don’t affirm, ordain, license, or endorse anyone anymore, period. Those who have not been proven by YAHWEH and of whom I have not observed their works personally, for character, integrity, behavior, attitude and honor.
If you have not served faithfully in the vision, serving in humility, or being obedient, then don’t expect validation.
Too many persons running from one leader to another trying to get people to validate them, when they don’t know them.
We have loosed too many persons in the past without proving their fruit, only to find out the tree is rotten.
We don’t need to publicly declare anybody as fit for the Body of Christ ministerial wise, until we have spent time training, teaching and observing their consistent work in the Kingdom!
And yes, they have a call. Yes, they have a gift. But if they don’t have the spiritual tools and equipment to walk holy righteous, obedient and faithful to YAH, then they will do more damage than good.
Now this post right here should weed out all those that only come for reasons that are ungodly, or just looking for somebody to endorse them.
ABBA dealt with me about the reason some are connecting in this hour, and that some are only attaching for gain, not for destiny purpose or assignment.
Some are not connected for the spiritual benefits of learning, growing, being developed and trained and taught, but only for the selfish needs, to just get some validation so they can preach or open a church.
I hear many say that YAH called them and choose them, but you need to be developed in that calling and also you need paperwork, so that you can legally operate on the earth. Even the world wants to know that somebody can validate your calling and effectiveness as a man or woman of YAH!
Leaders, in this hour we definitely need to be more discerning concerning those who come to us.
Seven important questions need to be asked and answered:
- Who are you?
- Who sent you?
- Why are you here?
- What are you looking for from me?
- What can I expect out of you?
- What are you bringing to the ministry that is different from others?
- What was the Mandate YAH gave you concerning the vision of this ministry?
If they can effectively answer these questions, then you can begin to deal with them.
Probation periods are necessary before you start loosing people. One thing I learned that people can only fake it for so long, before getting frustrated and revealing their real intentions.
So leaders, before you do a official ceremony, before you signed one piece of paper, research, observe and investigate those who say they want to connect to you, and the real reasons why!
