Listen people, we are in a season now where we are encountering so many who are rising up in a competitive mode, concerning their callings.

We are judging people as immature,, unlearned or even false, because of the dimension of authority and maturity we walk in, when in fact they are just where they need to be, walking in the dimension they are suppose to be in.

Understand that we are not carbon copies of each other.

Just because someone doesn’t mirror us, doesn’t mean they wrong and you right!

God has uniquely made each of us to fit His individual purposes for our lives, and though we may both have the same gifts, He uniquely fashions us to accommodate the people to whom we are called.

The spirit of pride will have you mocking those who are called, just because their range of spiritual access is not like ours.

One thing I tell people, is to remain in your own space and don’t allow anyone to provoke you beyond the boundaries God has established for the work He has given them to do.

So often, people belittle others, because they don’t operate in what they consider to be the spiritual capacity, or they have set a certain mode of operation, that they think everybody should follow.

We have not learned how to embrace the diversity of our callings, without labeling people wrong, because of the way God uses us.

We often judge unfairly those in ministry, because we feel like we the only one doing something right, when in reality, both parties are doing exactly what God has made them to do!
