Emancipation Proclamation Declaring an End to Spiritual Slavery
As your READ and PROCLAIM,
please complete the blanks as today’s date: e.g. 29th May 2015.
In the name and authority of Jesus Christ, a proclamation.
Whereas, on the ___ day of ____, in the year of our Lord ____, a proclamation is issued, containing, among other things, the following:
That on this day a declaration of liberty to those entrapped, enslaved and deceived by the enemy, Satan. From this day and forevermore, let all Christians, to whom all delegated authority of Jesus Christ has been granted, recognize and help other people maintain the freedom of such persons, and do no act or acts to repress such persons in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.
By this proclamation, let it be done in good faith that there be no rebellion against the Lord Jesus Christ or against any persons that wish to leave their former lifestyle, nor those that wish to enlist their aid to those persons that request assistance to leave the bondage of spiritual slavery.
By the virtue of the power as God’s delegated authority, as referenced in Luke 10:19, and as it has been granted in Luke 4:18, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind; to set at liberty those who are oppressed, and to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”
Therefore,
Let this proclamation be sent out over the airwaves, over the sea, over land to the four corners of the earth.
It is ordered and declared that all persons held as slaves are now and henceforth and forever free from deception, oppression and a false belief system that separates them from truth and salvation in Jesus Christ. Let the eyes of the blind be opened and the deaf ears unstopped, according to Isaiah 35:5.
Let the scales fall off of blinded eyes for it is written in John 3:3 that, “unless one is born again they cannot see the Kingdom of God.”
I decree recovery of sight and spiritual understanding, for it is written in Psalm 146: 8 that the Lord opens the eyes of the blind. “O Lord, let their eyes be opened that they may see,” according to 2 Kings 6:17.
I decree the release from the lies and deception of a false belief system. “Let light shine out of darkness, and let light of the knowledge of the glory of God be shed abroad in the hearts of the lost,” as it is written in 2 Corinthians 4:6.
I decree a release of clarity, for it is written in 1 Corinthians 14:33 that You are not the author of confusion but of peace.
I decree the eyes of the blind are opened and they recognize Jesus Christ, according to Luke 24:31.
I decree the veil is removed from people’s understanding and they are turning to Christ now, according to 2 Corinthians 3:16.
I decree revelation light is enlightening people’s hearts, that they may know the hope of God’s calling, and the riches of the glory of His inheritance in Christ, according to Ephesians 1:18.
I decree God’s perfect love is casting out fear, according to 1 John 4:18. For it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7 that, “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.”
I decree a release from the slavery to fear, according to Romans 8:15. I declare that bondage to slavery is broken now, for they did not receive from God a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but they have received the spirit of adoption as sons.
I declare the spirit of adoption has been poured out in the hearts of men by the Holy Spirit for it is written that God has predestined us as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of His will, in Ephesians 1:5.
I declare that in the very place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ ‘there they will be called sons of the living God,’ according to Romans 9:26.
I declare that Jesus died and rose again to redeem those who were under the law, that they might receive adoption as sons, as it is written in Galatians 4:5.
I declare those who have been lost, blind, and estranged from God are no longer strangers and aliens according to Ephesians 2:19, for it is written, “they are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.”
I decree an end to the spirit of rejection, for it is written in Ephesians 1:6 that through His grace we are accepted in the Beloved.
I decree a release of Truth, according to John 8:32, 36.
I decree a release of the Spirit of Liberty, empowered by Holy Spirit, according to 2 Corinthians 3:17 and Romans 8:21.
I decree a release of the resurrection power of Holy Spirit to deliver, to bring to birth, and to save those that are lost, in Jesus name.
Upon this act of justice, I invoke the considerate judgment of mankind and the gracious favor of Almighty God.
Done this day, ___ of ____, ____, and sent forth to declare liberty to the captives, and the acceptable year of our Lord. Let it be done on earth as it is in heaven, in Jesus name, Amen.
