Don’t Forget the Three Z’s!
“From the spirit of “Ziz” (Forgetting) to “Zakar” (Remembering) is the key to “Zoe” Life!”
I had a vision of a Believer. Before him was a Glorious Door. It was the Door of Abundant Life.
He was looking down at himself and seemed depressed and confused. It seemed that he did not see this Door before him.
A spirit was blocking him from entering. Not by might, for the Believer possessed much more power than that spirit because The Holy Spirit dwelled in him.
But this “spirit of forgetting” had caused confusion and he had forgotten who he was in Christ. He had forgotten the promises of God and the victory accomplished at The Cross.
It was as though a dust had settled around him as he sat on the ground before this Great Door of Abundant Life.
But know this, Beloved of God, The Holy Spirit in you is opening your eyes once again to who you are in Christ Jesus!
The Wind of the Spirit shall blow away the dust of confusion as you look to Jesus once again and REMEMBER who you are and walk through that Door of Abundant Life! It’s yours!
“Beloved. What do you see when you look in the mirror? Do you see what I see? Do you see the imperfections or do you see your identity in Christ?
See with My Eyes, My Child. I see that you look like your Heavenly Father. You are not the natural reflection you see with earthly eyes, but you are the supernatural reflection of your King.
Do not be discouraged. The Helper, The Holy Spirit, whom I have sent to you teaches you all things, and He will bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.
The spirit of forgetfulness will cause you to block out what I have said about you and what I have declared over you. The thief comes not, but for to steal , and to kill, and to destroy, but I AM come that you might have ZOE LIFE, and that you might have it more abundantly.
I have removed the veil of the natural to reveal the REAL supernatural you. Do not forget who you are, Little One. Look intently into My Perfect law of FREEDOM and you will see MY FACE and you will be blessed in everything you do.
Remember who you are and who I AM. Remembrance produces action, Beloved! I never forget My promises to you. I never forget our Holy and Precious Covenant through the Blood of the Lamb.
You are forever Mine! Daily, I remember you and I bless you. Forget not all My benefits, Dear One.
Daily, remember that I am He who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagles!
Your face has been unveiled and your eyes opened to My Truth and Grace. You reflect Me and you are made in My Image.
When you behold in a mirror the GLORY of your LORD, you are being transformed into the same image from glory to greater glory, by The Spirit of The LORD.
Look into My Face and behold your King. Remember My Word and My promises! Speak the Word, declare who you are, have faith in the One who died for you and rose again.
Do this in remembrance of Me. You have the MIND of Christ. Remember, Beloved, and you shall walk in NEWNESS of LIFE!
Remember whose you are, Beloved! You are Mine. Walk over the threshold to Abundant Life by the Spirit of your God. No longer let the enemy steal what rightfully belongs to you.
I have not given you a spirit of fear, but of POWER, LOVE, and a SOUND MIND. Remember this, My Child, and meditate on My Promises to you and on the prophecies spoken over you!
Remembrance causes great action in the Heavenly Realms! For you, I will do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think, according to the Power that works in you!”
This post took 2 days to write as Father kept pouring in more and then the waiting on confirmation. It’s like giving birth sometimes. 😉
Then today as I was posting this, He pointed out something and reminded me that when a person sleeps, in cartoons, they always put Z’s 💤💤💤 over the head of the sleeper.
Our Father has a sense of humor, doesn’t he? Because “forgetting” is like sleep walking through life. I think that is why the Word says in Ephesians 5:14 “…Therefore it says, “Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” 😃
“ZIZ : “The Spirit of Forgetting” : “Ziz is found twice in the Hebrew Book of Psalms and in Isaiah’s prophecy. However these appearances are in variably obscured in translation. A brief look at several related words nevertheless revealed Ziz as a threshold spirit; the spirit of forgetting. This spirit has always been my nominee for Hell’s Most Efficient Employee.” (©Anne Hamilton)
“ZAKAR” : Rembrance : To employ your hands and feet and lips to engage in whatever action that remembrance requires. In the Bible, ‘remembering,’ particularly on the part of God, is not the retention or recollection of a mental image, but a focusing upon the object of memory that results in action. In other words, God remembered Noah by doing something, by sending the saving, flood-drying wind. Remembrance causes a divine act of mercy. When The LORD sees the rainbow and “remembers His covenant,” He actively prevents a cosmic flood from recurring. When He remembered Rachel, He “opened her womb.” As John Goldingay remarks, “When God is said to think about someone or something, this is preliminary to acting on their behalf.” Or, as Brevard Childs puts it, “Remembrance is an ACTION directed toward someone, rather than as a mental experience of the subject.” (©Christ for You)
John 10:10 “The thief comes not, but for to steal , and to kill, and to destroy : I am come that they might have life (ZOE), and that they might have it more abundantly.”
LIFE : Strong’s Greek 2222 : ZOE LIFE OF CHRIST : The secret to all success and richness of life; A life preserved in the midst of perils with vigor; the state of one who is possessed of vitality or is animate: The vital spirit, the breath of (i.e. imparting) life, of the life of persons raised from the dead; Of a new mode of life, as in Romans 6:4, “Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the Glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in NEWNESS of life.”
ABUNDANTLY : Strong’s Greek 4053 : going past the expected limit, over and above, overflowing; more than is necessary, superadded; excess; more than abundantly; beyond what is anticipated, exceeding expectation; beyond abundant, greater, excessive, beyond measure, exceedingly, vehemently; noun: preeminence, advantage. “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a MIRROR the glory of The LORD, are being transformed into the SAME IMAGE from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of The LORD.” 2 Corinthians 3:18.
“For anyone who hears the word but does not carry it out is like a man who looks at his face in a MIRROR and after observing himself goes away and immediately FORGETS what he looks like. But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom, and continues to do so — not being a forgetful hearer, but an effective doer—he will be blessed in what he does.” James 1:23-25.
“He has REMEMBERED His covenant forever, The word which He commanded to a thousand generations,” Psalm 105:8.
“For I received from The LORD what I also passed on to you: The LORD Jesus, on the night He was betrayed, took bread, and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you; DO THIS IN REMEMBRANCE OF ME.” In the same way, after supper He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, IN REMEMBRANCE OF ME” For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim The LORD’s death until He comes.…” 1 Corinthians 11:23-26.
“Bless The LORD, O my soul, And FORGET NOT all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” Psalm 13:2-5.
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21.
“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2.

Fabulous word, Deb. Makes me wonder..could the spirit of forgetting His promises and what He has said about us possibly be the root of dementia.??? Just saying. Many blessings, Sandi Holman
