Do Not Touch My Anointed Ones; Do My Prophets No Harm!
God will no longer allow people to misquote who you are, or to mislabel your identity. [I am] yet feasting on that Word last night that was spoken at an Affirmation Installation [.redacted.].
My God, the revelation of that downloaded word, yet has me in awe. To realize that God placed David in a position were He had to minister deliverance to His leader, and to fight and protect the one who wanted to kill him.
David covered Saul and refused to let even those who followed him, touch or disrespect him, because he knew that Saul was the key to his destiny. He would not allow anything or anyone to disrupt the will or timing of God. In fact David didn’t flaunted in Saul face that God had chosen him over him, he just continued to let the will of God flow in the situation.
David would not harm Saul, even when Saul was trying to harm him because he understood that God yet was in control and Saul was yet in a position of authority so he abided in the law of God, that said, touch not His anointed, (1 Chronicles 16:22).
People in this hour have no fear of touching God’s anointed. They will cuss them out, disrespect them before people, try to destroy them, and discredit them, and if they had done anything to them, would kill them.
This Word had me up pondering all night. David didn’t retaliate against Saul. In fact, he killed the one who came to him bragging that he had killed Saul, because he touched God’s anointed.
David only fought when God told him it was time for him to take his position, and God gave him permission and authority to fight against His anointed. Sometimes people think because someone doesn’t rise up against them, that they are fearful or intimidated by them. They don’t realize that they are waiting on God to release them to fight. They know that if they move before Go,d that they will be fighting against God.
People, don’t let your emotions provoke you to destroy a situation before time. It may cost you your destiny or cause a delay in your purpose coming forth.
The story of David and Saul is a prime example of humility respect order obedience and submission.
NOW THIS ONE REVELATION IS REAL DEEP: Many leaders like Saul get upset when those that are called to serve them are promoted by God to rule over them. Understand that Saul had begin to walk contrary to God instructions and commands and his disobedience demoted him. When leaders get out of order God will place a David the one that is their replacement next to them to prepare them to walk in a assignment that has not been completed.
NOW LET ME CLARIFY FOR THESE OVER ZEALOUS ONES: This is not every case. This only happen because Saul got out of order and begin to override the will and ways of God. This is not for every relationship in the Kingdom of God.
And remember, PROMOTION COMES FROM THE LORD. He sets down one and elevates another. It’s not in man’s hand even though they try. When God promotes you it will be in His timing and not at your own hands. David had been anointed king but God kept Saul on the throne until He had finish processing David.
He that has a spiritual ear will understand!
