Do Not Reject the New!
I saw this written out: “Do not reject the NEW!” and I heard, “Don’t be satisfied with the old, for behold, I AM doing a NEW thing!”
I saw a Child of God walking from their past into a Door called NEW. (After writing this post, I noticed it was 8/1, 8 is the number of new beginnings).
“Beloved. This is an exciting time for those who have put their trust in their Savior. Do not reject the new things I AM doing in your life, My Child.
I know that “new things” can be scary. Sometimes it is easier to remain where you are; to stay where it is familiar.
But I AM the Creator God who makes all things new. My compassion for you causes me to produce NEW THINGS for you.
New opportunities, new revelations, new sights and sounds, new encounters in the Spirit. I AM pouring New Wine into New wineskins.
You are a new creation, My Child. I AM always working in your life; My Creative DNA forever changing you from Glory to greater Glory by the Holy Spirit in you.
Fear not. My compassions fail not, they are new every morning for great is My faithfulness.
Come, Beloved. I have created you to walk in NEWNESS of Life. Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I AM doing a NEW thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
I AM He who makes a Way where there seems to be no way. Come, Beloved. Step with Me into the NEW.”
The number 8: used 73 times in the Bible. It is the symbol of Resurrection and Regeneration.
8 means new beginning; it denotes “a new order or creation, and man’s true ‘born again’ event when he is resurrected from the dead into eternal life.
NEW: Not existing before; created, made, introduced, the first, not previously used or owned, novel, fresh, original, imaginative, creative, of recent origin or arrival.
“And He has qualified us as ministers of a NEW covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life,” 2 Corinthians 3:6.
“And no one pours NEW wine into old wineskins. If he does, the new wine will burst the skins, the wine will spill, and the wineskins will be ruined. Instead, new wine is poured into new wineskins,” Luke 5: 37-38.
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new,” 2 Corinthians 5:17.
“Because of the Lord’s great love, we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are NEW every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for Him,” Lamentations 3:22-24.
“We therefore were buried with Him through baptism into death, in order that, just as Jesus Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may walk in NEWNESS of life,” Romans 6:4.
“Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert,” Isaiah 43:18-19.
