This Do in Remembrance of ME….
This Do in Remembrance of Me; Carry the Torch to the Next Generation!
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death,” Revelations 12:11.
The LORD began to speak to me regarding the testimony of the Saints, which should be done as a remembrance of Him and a testimony of where He has already brought the Body of Christ through!
And, not just for us, but to our children and their children throughout generations; even the world in general!
I praise God in today because The LORD allowed me to see that their will be some in the Kingdom like John the Baptist, Apostle Paul and others who will be called to go before the people to announce and to be forerunners in the Kingdom of God to go before others in order to pave the way for the next generation of believers and they will be called to pay a very heavy price in order to be a blessing to others in the Kingdom of Christ because they will be like Trail Blazers who light the way and carry the torch to pave the way for the Destiny of others just as Martin Luther did.
Martin Luther posted the 95 Thesis because, among other things, he did not believe in selling indulgences — which the Catholic Church did all the time to earn money.
Luther was then persecuted for many things, and the revolt started as the commoners agreed with him, especially in regards to the selling of indulgences.
And this is why God called Joshua a warrior, for He spoke to Joshua and said,
“And those twelve stones which the Children of Israel have taken out of the Jordan to set up in Gilgal when your children shall ask their fathers in time to come.
What do these stones mean? You shall let your children know, Israel came over this Jordan on dry ground.
For The LORD your God dried up the waters of the Jordan for you until you passed over, as The LORD your God did to the Red Sea, which He dried up for us until we passed over, that all the peoples of the earth may know that the hand of The LORD is mighty and that you may reverence and fear The LORD your God forever,” Joshua 4:20-24, AMP.
The LORD calls His warriors to shine, but in the end it is He who delivers His children, because we are living in the times when the enemy wants to silence the Church of Christ to remain silent regarding their testimony of The LORD Jesus Christ!
Satan does this through fear, rejection and doubt! You see, many of the people in the body of Christ are being stifled because the enemy knows that their is power in your testimony the things that God himself has delivered you from and called you to do!
Satan knows that if he can silence you of your testimony you will remain stifled and without mobility and no deliverance will come!
Even, if you are weak if you keep it to yourself the weakness you are going through he remains to have control!
This is why God said,
“Confess your faults one to another and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much,” (James 5:16).
But, The LORD did not want this for His people, and so this is why He told the children of Israel to take 12 Stones symbolic for ” divine government, election, chosen, apostolic fullness, the church, unity, the Body of Christ, and oversight,” and to set them up at Gilgal as a remembrance of how God brought them over the dry land to Passover as The LORD your God did to the Red Sea, which He dried up for you until you passed over.
For to pass over means you are no longer bound, in captivity, ashamed, no regrets, and a celebration!
So why is it the Church is silent?
Why are you ashamed of what you have been delivered from if you have passed over it and it is no longer apart of your future but a result of your past!
For, what The LORD sets free is free indeed and where The Spirit of The LORD is, there is liberty!
The LORD desires to give His people a great testimony as He did in the days of old not just for your sake, but for the sake of the next generation and the world in general.
But how can He when many of us are like the children of Israel fearful, afraid and over anxious as Israel was when He took them through the wilderness over forty years they murmured, complained and every time they got close to victory they begin to look back at the familiar place wishing they had stayed in the wilderness because the trials and tests where so great?
You see Satan always reveals the past, because unlike God, he cannot see your future and the plans God has to prosper and to bless you!
Oh he knows and recognizes pieces of information and the anointing, but only God knows your future!
Unlike those who rebelled and missed out, they did not knowing God had a plan and a purpose for their lives that would bring about a life giving Testimony of Transformation that the entire world would be blessed by throughout generations.
But those who did, got to follow the Levitical Priest who went before them placing the 12 stones a foundation of the 12 apostles to come as a next generation to bring God’s people out in remembrance of him and His mighty works.
The LORD revealed to me that all He desired of them (Children of Israel) was to “trust, believe and to totally walk in dependency upon him for his guidance. But instead, they were wicked men who trusted in their own ungodly flesh to bring them out.
So instead, many doubted and died in the wilderness but those who trusted in their God and remained strong, did GREAT EXPLOITS, (Daniel 11:32)
Therefore, it was Joshua who led those who obeyed God unto the promise land over the Jordan to be able to set up the 12 stones as a reminder of God’s goodness and his covenant as a testimony to those that would totally surrender and obey Him!
Notice, that they couldn’t take the 12 stones and set them in the middle of Jordan until the feet of the priests who had carried the ark had stepped there first, and went before them. (Joshua 4:8,9)
Then all the peoples of the earth would know that the hand of The LORD was mighty and that when you reverence him and Fear The LORD your God forever, you will not go unrewarded.
For this reminder (memory) served as a promise that God will deliver His People from all of their enemies and that He is with them to make provisions and to meet all their needs throughout every trial and test they may encounter on their journey with Him, and as He was with Israel in the ancient days, so shall He be with you today!
~ Apostle Geraldine Fisher
Apostle Geraldine Fisher has a World-Wide-Social Media Net-Work Ministry. As a Missionary, God moved her into the Office of a Prophet, revealing to her the qualities of a True prophet, humility, humiliation, loving others, interceding in prayer, as she keeps her own life clean to accurately hear from God. Since hearing the audible voice of God calling her to ministry, she’s been called to intercede and pray for others in ministry as God speaks, instructs, directs and gives prophetic words for her to give to others. God promised He would bring her to sit and to learn before great men, all of which He did!
Powerful.
This post could not have come in a better time I have heard the men and women of God talking about the making of a prophet this week encouraging the believers to examine themselves because God is looking for real mature believers who will carry the torch to the next generation. I believe this is so important because I want my children and grands to know the importance of following God’s laws especially in this dispensation of time when the hearts of the people are raising up false doctrines and our children are young and impressionable!
Thank you so much for this post it has encouraged me to help train them in the ways of the lLord all the more.
I am so guilty of hiding my faults secretly because I have had bad experiences with people using them against me later on. I agree if you can not share your heart and your troubles in church why even bother going. Jesus commands us to love one another instead some churches are worse than the world itself and this should not be.
Once again thank you for the enlightenment in reminding me what would Jesus have me do! Testimony time should be a time to exhort and encourage one another to be strong in the faith and not to tear each other down!
I am so glad I woke up to this word so profound!!!
God bless you sister! Love and keep the faith!!!
