Diversity in the Body
I love the diversity of the men and women whom God has allowed me to connect to in leadership positions from various denominational backgrounds, who are able to sit down and bring together a well rounded discussion concerning the Body of Christ.
I have found that there is so much to be learned and taught and that each of us have a piece of the puzzle that is necessary to bring the Body of Christ into the knowledge of truth.
I love sitting down with men and women who are secure within themselves and are honorable and respectful toward each other. Each one of them have a area in ministry that they are excellent in that we apply in putting together the structure of the church so that it looks like God’s blueprint for the Body.
We need the:
- Governmental
- Administrative
- Ministerial
- Financial
- Educational
- Evangelism
- Racial/Cultural
Understanding of the Body of Christ and each person has insight that can give us the knowledge that is needful to help build the Body of Christ into the example that is needed to continue to build the Kingdom of God and the souls that are being added daily.
To sit down with persons of diversity gives you greater wisdom and knowledge.
We come together to gain a proper understanding of the scriptures and we know how to address error or differences without strife and offense. Sitting down with mature leadership makes a great difference than sitting down with a group of people that are full of pride & self righteousness.
We don’t judge anything by our own private interpretation but all things are done according to the scriptures. We study research and discuss until we come to the knowledge of the truth.
Learning how to come together in unity and to gain the wisdom knowledge and understanding of how God wants the church to be is so important and working with persons that understand that is a great pleasure.
Remember there is good and bad in every denomination and what we do is take the good and put it together and take all the puzzle pieces and work until everything fits according to God’s plans for the Body of Christ!
