Declarations & Decrees: Discretion Watches Over Us and Discernment Guards Us!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai does GOOD to you, His Servant, so that you may Live and keep His Word!
  He will OPEN your eyes, so that you can behold the WONDERS from His Law!
• I decree and declare we are TEMPORARY DWELLERS on this Earth – God’s/ Elohim’s Commandments are known by us.
  We are longing for Your Judgments, Lord/ Adonai, at all times.
  You REBUKE the proud, who are cursed, who WANDER from Your Commandments.
• I decree and declare that I ACCEPT the Words of my Father and treasure His Commandments in my Heart; I make my Ear ATTENTIVE to Your WISDOM, Lord/ Adonai, and incline my Heart to DISCERNMENT!
  I call out for INSIGHT and lift my voice for DISCERNMENT, seeking Her as silver and searching for her as for Hidden TREASURES!
• I decree and declare as I KNOW the FEAR of the Lord/ Adonai, I will DISCOVER the KNOWLEDGE of God/ Elohim.
  For the Lord/ Adonai gives WISDOM.
  Out of His mouth comes KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING.
  He stores up SOUND WISDOM for the Upright.
  He is a SHIELD to those who walk in INTEGRITY!
• I decree and declare our Father GUARDS the PATHS of JUSTICE and PROTECTS the Way of His Godly Ones/ Kedoshim.
  We will DISCERN what is right and just and fair – every good path.
  For WISDOM enters our hearts and KNOWLEDGE is pleasant to our souls.
  DISCRETION watches over us and DISCERNMENT guards us!
• I decree and declare your eyes and hearts are OPEN to the MOVE of the Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua; that which is beyond the earthly senses.
  Your mind is attuned to the SUPERNATURAL happening in your midst.
  Your DISCERNMENT is being fine-tuned to know what is of God/ Elohim and what is not.
• I decree and declare even when you don’t understand you will TRUST in God’s Word, His PROMISES!
  You know that God’s Word is the same Yesterday, Today, and FOREVER.
  Our perspective and Understanding may change, But God remains the same.
• I decree and declare you are not slow to put your trust in all that the Prophets spoke!
  You CONSUME the Word of God, to KNOW His Times and Truths.
  Not one Word of His Truth will fall to the ground.
  It will all come to pass.
• I decree and declare as Christ/ Messiah dwells in your midst, your EYES will be OPENED to all that He is ACCOMPLISHING.
  You will KNOW Him for you are His Sheep.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁷ Deal bountifully with Your servant, that I may live and keep Your word. ¹⁸ Open my eyes, that I may behold wonderful things from Your law. ¹⁹ I am a stranger in the earth; do not hide Your commandments from me. ²⁰ My soul is crushed with longing after Your ordinances at all times. ²¹ You rebuke the arrogant, the cursed, who wander from Your commandments. ²² Take away reproach and contempt from me, for I observe Your testimonies. ²³ Even though princes sit and talk against me, Your servant meditates on Your statutes. ²⁴ Your testimonies also are my delight; they are my counselors,” Psalm 119:17-24.

“¹ My son, if you will receive my words and treasure my commandments within you, ² Make your ear attentive to wisdom, incline your heart to understanding; ³ For if you cry for discernment, lift your voice for understanding; ⁴ If you seek her as silver and search for her as for hidden treasures; ⁵ Then you will discern the fear of the Lord and discover the knowledge of God. ⁶ For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding. ⁷ He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, ⁸ Guarding the paths of justice, and He preserves the way of His godly ones. ⁹ Then you will discern righteousness and justice and equity and every good course. ¹⁰ For wisdom will enter your heart and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul; ¹¹ Discretion will guard you, understanding will watch over you,” Proverbs 2:1-11.

“¹³ And behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was about seven miles from Jerusalem. ¹⁴ And they were talking with each other about all these things which had taken place. ¹⁵ While they were talking and discussing, Jesus Himself approached and began traveling with them. ¹⁶ But their eyes were prevented from recognizing Him. ¹⁷ And He said to them, “What are these words that you are exchanging with one another as you are walking?” And they stood still, looking sad. ¹⁸ One of them, named Cleopas, answered and said to Him, “Are You the only one visiting Jerusalem and unaware of the things which have happened here in these days?” ¹⁹ And He said to them, “What things?” And they said to Him, “The things about Jesus the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word in the sight of God and all the people, ²⁰ and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered Him to the sentence of death, and crucified Him. ²¹ But we were hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, it is the third day since these things happened. ²² But also some women among us amazed us. When they were at the tomb early in the morning, ²³ and did not find His body, they came, saying that they had also seen a vision of angels who said that He was alive. ²⁴ Some of those who were with us went to the tomb and found it just exactly as the women also had said; but Him they did not see.” ²⁵ And He said to them, “O foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! ²⁶ Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?” ²⁷ Then beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.
²⁸ And they approached the village where they were going, and He acted as though He were going farther. ²⁹ But they urged Him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is getting toward evening, and the day is now nearly over.” So He went in to stay with them. ³⁰ When He had reclined at the table with them, He took the bread and blessed it, and breaking it, He began giving it to them. ³¹ Then their eyes were opened and they recognized Him; and He vanished from their sight,” Luke 24:13-31.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
