Here is the word of God that I use when decreeing about terrorists and their bombs, guns and *IEDs:

“He disappointeth the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise. He taketh the wise in their own craftiness: and the counsel of the froward is carried headlong. They meet with darkness in the day time, and grope in the noonday as in the night. But he saveth the poor from the sword, from their mouth, and from the hand of the mighty. So the poor hath hope, and iniquity stoppeth her mouth,” Job 5:12-16.

In the case of !EDs I decree these Scriptures:

““For affliction does not come forth from the dust, Nor does trouble spring forth from the ground.“For man is born for trouble, [As naturally] as sparks fly upward,” Job 5:6-7 (AMP).

From Destruction, Famine, Robbery and more:

“He will rescue you from six troubles; even in seven, evil will not touch you.
In famine He will redeem you from death, and in war from the power of the sword.
You will be hidden from the scourge of the tongue, and you will not be afraid of destruction when it comes.
You will laugh at violence and famine, and you will not be afraid of the wild beasts of the earth. For you will be in harmony with the stones of the field, and the beasts of the field will be at peace with you.
You will know also that your tent is secure and at peace, and you will visit your dwelling and fear no loss [nor find anything amiss].
You will know also that your descendants will be many, And your offspring as the grass of the earth.
“You will come to your grave in old age, Like the stacking of grain [on the threshing floor] in its season,” Job 5:19-26.
