I recently read a word by Dutch and Tim Sheets on The Elijah List called: “You are Entering a Time of My Kingdom Fireworks.”

It confirms what Dutch and Tim Sheets wrote. People are fed up and are releasing the decrees of God.

Those are arrows that are hitting their mark, and captives are being set free! There are more decrees on this article.

As I read the article by Dutch and Tim, two things stood out to me.

First, we need to do our part to take action when we read a Prophetic Word.

Second, decrees are the stealth bombs that hit the enemy’s camp and are needed more than anything in this hour. It is so important to make sure that what we decree lines up with the word of God and also carries the heart of God.

God is so patient and kind, His intention is always to show mercy before resorting to all out war, because He knows that war brings casualties.

It is never His intention that anyone would needlessly perish without knowing Him and being assured of a person’s salvation.

However, with that said, God is also not soft on sin. No one can sin with impunity and think that there are no consequences.

There is punishment for sin, and there are people that are called to be tools in His hand to enact justice for the oppressed.

Decrees return God’s word to Him so that He administers justice in His way, in His timing. But, as we can see from the many. many prophetic voices, this is a NOW season where God is dealing with many, many years of injustice.

Crimes have been committed that require us to formulate very specific and detailed decrees that will hit the bullseye.

We are the skilled archers in His hand. We have been trained for the day of battle. It is time to release the fiery decrees and not relent until He tells us, because He is dealing with the works of darkness.

Please do not engage the enemy directly in battle, and be careful that you don’t go to war with open doors the enemy may exploit.

Confess any known sin in prayer and pray for protection, first. Here is a link to a prayer of protection.

Decree the End to the Princes of Hell

Father God,

I know You are a righteous judge. You tell us to be steadfast in love and faithfulness, and to overcome evil with good.

You remind us to turn away from evil, to hate wickedness and love what is good; to establish justice in the gates in hopes that You will be gracious to Your people.

Oh LORD, deliver us and our children from the hand of the wicked and preserve the lives of Your people, as it is written in Psalm 97:10.

For there are evil people that seek the destruction of our families and Yours. I petition You to send forth your justice and judgement, in whatever form You deem appropriate, that those who are willfully and selfishly conspiring to do evil are brought to a place of accountability.

Let injustice be overturned and the captives be set free. On behalf of all those who You desire to save, redeem and restore, please hear this petition and release the Hosts of Heaven to fulfill these decrees.

In the name of The LORD Jesus Christ, I take a stand for righteousness and declare an end to all demonic princes and their territories.

I declare the demonic strongholds are crumbling in families, regions, cities and over this nation. For it is written in 2 Corinthians 10:4 that Your people have divine power to destroy strongholds.

And, according to 2 Corinthians 10:5, I ask You, Father, to release angels and the Spirit of Truth into the minds and hearts of people everywhere, to destroy every argument and lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every renegade thought into obedience to The LORD.

I declare the name of Jesus Christ is the stronghold over this nation, and people will run to the stronghold of The LORD declaring, (as it is written in 2 Samuel 22:3), “My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge,my Savior; You save me from violence.”

I ask You, kind and gracious God, to show mercy to anyone that can be saved, and bring them into the kingdom of Your dear Son quickly.

Let not one soul be lost if they are willing to turn from their wicked ways. Let the fear of The LORD and conviction of their hearts compel them to repent and cry out for salvation to The LORD Jesus Christ before it is too late.

Whereas, there are people You have raised up in positions of authority and power to be as princes over Your people, but they have walked in the ways of the wicked, stood in agreement with sinners, and sat in the seat of the scornful, in their ways mocking God and causing others to sin; therefore, I declare an end to generational iniquities and demonic dynasties, according to 1 Kings 16:3 and 1 Kings 14:10.

Whereas, there are those who have occupied seats of authority and have power over the citizens of this nation, and they have attempted to control society at the expense of democracy and equality; they have ruled your people with an iron hand, to control, oppress and take Your people into captivity; and, they band together against the lives of the righteous, and condemn the innocent to death;

Whereas, there are those in power that have murdered and taken possession, and made sacrifices to their idols and they have filled up the measure of their guilt; therefore, I decree Your justice has become a light to the nations and Your arm has brought justice to the nations, according to Isaiah 51:4-5 and it is written The LORD will judge his people in Hebrews 10:30.

Let those who practice wickedness and evil be brought to justice and made subject to the governing authorities, as it is written in Romans 13:1-4.

Whereas and they have said in their hearts, ‘Depart from us, for we do not desire the knowledge of Your ways, and who is the Almighty, that we should serve Him?’

Neither do they fear because the rod of God is not upon them. Therefore, visit their transgressions with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes, as it is written in Psalm 89:32.

Whereas, there are unethical, ungodly and wicked people in places of leadership and influence, who have mistreated others and are unfit to continue in leadership; whereas, there are those that have acted proudly in their heart and disregarded your counsel and your wisdom; therefore let the net they have spread for others catch their own foot, and the trouble they have conspired against others, let it come back upon their own head.

Therefore, as their sins have come before You as a stench in your nostrils, and as the injustice of the innocents cries out against them; therefore I declare their end has come.

May you judge them according to their ways. Repay them with trouble and strike the demonic principalities, powers, rulers and dominions with Your mighty hand according to Ezekiel 7:3-12.

Let the rod of Your strength be sent out of Zion, and may Your strength enable Your people to rule in the midst of our enemies, according to Psalm 110:2.

Whereas, there are those who have unlawfully seized authority through coercion, deception, bribery and persuasion, which promotes leadership of the strong over the weak; therefore, I decree a release of the fear of The LORD, and I declare the Righteous One has brought the house of the wicked to ruin, as it is written in Proverbs 21:12.

I declare the wicked are overthrown and are not, but the house of the righteous shall stand, according to Proverbs 12:7.

Whereas, the wealthy have taken control of the government and disregarded civil liberties of this nation’s citizens, and whereas there are leaders that have imposed unjust laws and mandates, bypassing due process of law; whereas, there are judges that have taken bribes that have persuaded them to pervert justice, and others have been intimidated to interpret the law unjustly; therefore, I decree the axe is laid to the root of bad trees, as in Matthew 3:10.

For bad trees can only bear bad fruit. And it is also written in Isaiah 1:17 that we are to learn to do good, to seek justice, correct oppression, bring justice to The Fatherless and plead the widow’s case; and again in Psalm 82:3 it is written to give justice to the weak and fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute.”

Therefore, I declare the unjust and unfit to rule are removed from their positions according to 1 Corinthians 4:2 and Luke 12:42-46 because stewards are required to be trustworthy, and as it is also written in Isaiah 22:20-22.

May those summoned by You, O God, take their appointed place.

Father, as the judge of heaven and earth, and all that is under the earth, I present these indictments and decrees for your consideration.

I do not wish that anyone would perish unnecessarily, nor do I wish to speak a curse over anyone; however, the whole world is accountable to God, according to Romans 3:19.

There is condemnation that is deserved according to Romans 3:5-8. These declarations are not about hard heartedness, hatred towards those committing wickedness or revenge, but about correcting injustices from ungodly people that are under the influence of demonic spirits.

I pray for the salvation and deliverance of the individuals where it is possible. If these decrees meet Your approval, let the weapons from Your arsonal be released against the demonic powers that have used these people as their pawns.

I pray these things in the name and authority of The LORD Jesus Christ.

Petitioning the Court of Heaven

(Indictment against the spiritual strongmen)

My Father,

I come before the heavenly court by the blood of Jesus, to ask for help in the time of great need. On behalf of myself and the citizens of all nations, including the United States of America, I ask The LORD Jesus Christ to represent the saints of the Most High God.

I respectfully request the court to hear my petition.

I bring an indictment of the demonic strongmen, aka demonic princes. I petition the court to issue the following indictments and ask You as the Judge, O God, to grant a favorable judgment against the following perpetrators and criminals.

These demonic spirits are responsible for tremendous injustice towards many people, and Your word O God, tells us to expect help as we come to your throne room.

It is a place of grace and mercy, but also justice. I seek justice on behalf of the citizens of my state and the great nation in which I live.

Oh righteous judge, please forgive Your people for their sin. Let the blood of Jesus cover the sins of a thousand generations.

We have committed many sins and offenses, but I pray for mercy. The adversary has taken unfair advantage of people and must be punished.

Please, LORD Jesus, advocate for Your people, and plead our cause before the court of heaven. I call Holy Spirit as witness to these complaints.

On behalf of your people, I ask that You help us enforce the law against all adversaries and enemies.

The spirit of divination (also known as Python or Pythos) is hereby indicted upon charges of controlling, seducing and enticing others through the use of selfish ambition, lust, greed, false prophecy, all forms of witchcraft and magic, the involvement of pagan practices, inflicting heart, back and breathing problems, constriction in all forms, the feeling of suffocation, and fear.

I cite the law under Acts 16:16-18, Revelation 9:21, Revelation 18:23 and 21:8, Deuteronomy 18:11 and 1 Samuel 15:23.

Therefore, the enemy, also known as Satan and the many aliases he uses, must be bound and chained. Let

Your angels be released to war against this spirit and take it into captivity. Let The Holy Spirit be released to bring humility and repentance in Jesus’ Name!

All familiar and familial spirits are hereby indicted, upon the charges of perpetuating sin in family lines, conspiring to imitate that which is good and holy, and lying in order to defraud their victims.

I cite the law under 1 Chronicles 10:13, 1 Samuel 28:7-8, Jeremiah 29:8, Leviticus 19:31 and Isaiah 8:19.

Therefore, these spirits must be bound and taken into captivity, for we are forbidden to interact with them.

Let the Spirit of Truth and the gifts of the Spirit be released. May Your angels be given assignment to war with these spirits and take them to the place You designed for them.

The spirit of jealousy is hereby indicted upon charges of conspiracy to commit murder, slander, act with rage, inflict cruelty, incite strife, competition, cause division and lust for power, position and influence, which is also idolatry.

Therefore, these spirits must be bound and rendered powerless. Let Your Angels be released to bind these spirits and take them to the place You prepared for them.

May the love of God be released to counteract the influences of evil and selfish ambition.

Lying spirits are hereby indicted upon charges of committing fraud, deceiving others with falsehoods and deception.

They are guilty of impersonating The Holy Spirit, using flattery to gain an advantage, perverting truth and committing spiritual error, and taking people into bondage.

I cite the law in 2 Chronicles 18:22, Proverbs 6:16-19, Proverbs 10:18 and 20:19. Therefore, these lying spirits must be bound and rendered impotent, silenced and sent to the abyss that was created for them. I release the Spirit of Truth to unravel all lies and bring people back to the truth.

The perverse spirit is hereby indicted upon charges of persuading people through evil actions, calling evil good and good evil, twisting truth and creating perverse beliefs in others.

This spirit is also guilty of maligning the word of God, creating sexual addictions and creates a broken spirit in others.

I cite the law under Exodus 20:13, Proverbs 1:22, 2:12, Proverbs 14:2, 17:20, Romans 1:17-32, and Philippians 2:14-16.

Therefore, these spirits must be bound and sent to the pit of hell. I release the Spirit of Purity, the Spirit of Humility and Repentance.

The spirit of haughtiness is hereby indicted, upon charges of acting arrogant, smug, contentious, proud, and rebelling against God.

I cite the law under 1 Samuel 15:23, Luke 18:11-12, Proverbs 6:16-17, and Proverbs 13:10. Therefore, these spirits must be bound and rendered silenced, powerless and unable to speak or influence others.

Let Your Angels carry them off to await their final judgment. I release the Spirit of Humility and Repentance, and a Contrite Spirit.

The spirit of heaviness is hereby indicted, upon charged of inflicting grief, mourning, despair, rejection, hopelessness, a spirit of suicide, and creating a broken and torn spirit in others.

I cite the law under Proverbs 15:13, Psalm 69:20, Mark 9, Proverbs 12:18 and Luke 4:18. Therefore, I release The Holy Spirit as the Comforter, and the oil of joy, and garments of praise.

The spirit of whoredom and idolatry is hereby indicted upon charges of creating disunity and broken relationships, breaking covenants, sins of fornication and adultery, vanity, creating jealousy, miscarriage, prostitution, the love of money and chronic dissatisfaction.

I cite the law under Ezekiel 16:15 and 28, Proverbs 5:1-14, Galatians 5:19, Hosea 4:13-19 and 1 Timothy 6:7-14.

Therefore, these spirits must be bound and rendered immobile, silenced and impotent of all power to influence. Let Your Angels be released to carry them to the abyss. I release the Spirit of Repentance and Purity.

The spirit of infirmity is hereby indicted upon charges of inflicting lingering and unexplained illnesses, physical torture and breakdown of the body.

I cite the law in Luke 13:11, John 5:5, Acts 3:2, and 4:9, also Matthew 18:34. These spirits must be bound and rendered powerless and sent back to the pit of hell that was created for them.

I release the Spirit of Forgiveness and the gifts of The Holy Spirit.

The deaf and dumb spirit is hereby indicted upon charges of causing mental illness, seizures, dumb/muteness, autism disorders, epilepsy, and spiritual deafness.

I cite the law under Matthew 9:32, 12:22, and 17:15, Mark 5:5 and Luke 9:39. Therefore, this spirit must be bound so that captives can be set free.

I release the gifts of healing through the power of The Holy Spirit.

The spirit of bondage and the spirit of fear are hereby indicted upon charges of all manner of inflicting fear, including but not limited to addictions, sexual sins, bondage to sin, fear of man, arrested development and causing people to be stuck in childhood, terror, perfectionism, unbelief and inability to trust.

I cite the law under Romans 6:16, Hebrews 2:14-15, John 8:34, 2 Timothy 1:7 and Psalm 91:5-6.

Therefore, these spirits must be bound and rendered immobile, silenced and sent back to the pit of hell.

Let Your Angels be released to bind up these spirits and contain them until the day of their judgment.

All seducing spirits are hereby indicted upon charges of luring people away from the truth, causing them to be fascinated with evil, enticed by false prophets and lying signs and wonders, evil people and deception.

I cite the law in Proverbs 12:22, James 1:14, 2 Timothy 3:13, 1 John 2:18-26 and Proverbs 1:10.

Therefore, these spirits must be bound, rendered powerless and impotent and sent to the abyss created for them.

Let Your Angels be released to carry them off in chains. I release The Holy Spirit of truth to unravel all deception and lies.

The Antichrist spirit is hereby indicted upon the charges of denying the word of God, the deity of Christ, and promoting unsound, heretical beliefs, and inciting rebellion to The LORD.

I cite the law in 1 John 2:18-19, 2 John 1:7, 2 Thessalonians 2:4 and Revelation 13:7. Therefore, this spirit must be bound and rendered paralyzed and silenced.

Let Your Angels be released to bind this spirit and carry it off to the pit of hell.

I release the Spirit of Truth.

The spirit of abandonment is hereby indicted upon the charges of creating a fear based, victim mentality, rejection, and causing people to feel rejected and unloved by God.

These lies have created a sense of inferiority, insecurity, anger and resentment towards God and others.

I cite the law in Psalms 27:10-14, Hebrews 13:5 and Ephesians 1:6. Therefore, this spirit must be bound and sent to the abyss.

Let Your Angels be released to carry it off and chain it until the day of judgement.

I release the Spirit of Adoption and the Love of The Father.

The spirit of Leviathan is hereby indicted upon the charges of perpetuating pride and stubbornness, which is a form of idolatry; a sense of entitlement, keeping people locked up in bondage, emotional pain and creating hardness of heart, inciting insubordinate, unrepentant behavior, and creating divisiveness in relationships through accusation and lies.

I cite the law in Job 41:34. Therefore, this spirit must be bound and rendered impotent, paralyzed and immobilized.

Let Your Angels bind this spirit and render it immobilized.

I release the Spirit of Humility, the grace of God, and the Spirit of Repentance.

The spirit of mental illness is hereby indicted upon the charges of leading its victims into confusion, mental torment, hallucinations, and other forms of insanity.

I cite the law in Deuteronomy. 28:20-28 and 2 Timothy 1:7. Therefore, this spirit must be bound and rendered silenced and powerless.

Let Your Angels be released to carry it back to hell where it belongs.

I release the Spirit of Truth,the power of God and the healing of the gifts of the Spirit.

The spirit of death is hereby indicted upon the charges of causing untimely death, terminal disease, and perpetuating generational curses in families.

I cite the law in Deuteronomy 28:20-28, Proverbs 18:21, 1 John 5:12, Ephesians 4:18, and Revelation 6:5-6. Therefore, this spirit must be bound and rendered powerless and sent back to hell where it belongs.

I release the Spirit of Resurrection Life.

The spirit of Abaddon is hereby indicted upon the charges of releasing destruction and torment into the lives of people.

I cite the law in Revelation 9:11, Exodus 10:12-20, Joel 1:4, Ezekiel 2:6 and Luke 11:12. Therefore, this spirit must be bound and sent back to the pit where it came from.

Let Your Angels bind it and chain it until the day of judgment.

I release the Spirit of Repentance and the Spirit of Humility.

The spirit of rejection is hereby indicted upon the charges of creating feelings of unworthiness, self-hatred, isolation, addictions, self harm and bondage in people.

I cite the law in 2 Kings 13:23, Romans 11:1, John 6:37, and Acts 10:34-35. Therefore, this spirit must be bound and sent back to the pit of hell.

Let Your Angels be sent to bind this spirit.

I release the Spirit of Adoption, the Love of The Father and the Spirit of Acceptance.

The spirits of unforgiveness and bitterness are hereby indicted upon the charges of perpetuating anger, resentment, slander and evil speaking, character assassination, and a desire for vengeance.

I cite the law in Job 2:9, Acts 8:14-24, Ephesians 4:31, and James 3:13-18. Therefore, these spirits must be bound and rendered paralyzed, silenced and sent back to the abyss.

Let Your Angels be released to bind these spirits.

I release the Spirit of Mercy and Compassion, the Spirit of Forgiveness and Repentance.

Father, in the name and authority of The LORD Jesus Christ, I ask for a favorable judgment against the works of darkness and the demonic spirits responsible for creating evil.

May The LORD prevail and the kingdom of God expand exponentially in Jesus’ Name.

Thank You, Father, for empowering Your people to advance Your kingdom. Amen.
