Declarations and Decrees: You have been prepared in God’s secret place to release His Words upon the earth; God is raising up watchmen, world-changers and national leaders.

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare God is RAISING UP HIS SERVANTS who have dwelt with Him in the SECRET PLACE; they live in the shelter of the Most High, and spend their nights in the shadow of the Almighty!
• We decree NO DISASTER will happen to you, NO CALAMITY will come near your dwelling; for HE will order HIS ANGELS to care for you and guard you WHEREVER you go!
  They will carry you in their hands, so that you won’t trip.
  You will tread down lions, snakes, young lions and serpents.
• We declare YOU, WHO LOVE GOD and KNOW HIS NAME, will be rescued and protected by Him. God will answer you, who CALL on Him.
  He is with you in trouble.
  HE WILL RESCUE YOU AND BRING YOU HONOR!
  He will satisfy you with long life and show you HIS SALVATION!
• We declare the Lord is my strength and my song, and HE IS MY SALVATION!
  The Lord’s right hand is raised in TRIUMPH!
  I will not die; no, I will LIVE and PROCLAIM the great deeds of the Lord!
• We decree and declare the WONDERS and WORKS of our God!
  He is raising up His Servants to WAR, CHANGE and BUILD the Nations and the World!
  His government is coming into place, not the government of men.
  We declare God is building the government of our Land!
• We decree the LEADERS of this nation, and all nations around the world, are being SIFTED.
  God’s TRUTH stands against the lies of the opposition and the media.
  His Word NEVER FAILS. HIS WORD IS SPOKEN through His YIELDED VESSELS.
• We decree and declare the God of Israel, the rock of Israel is RAISING UP NATIONAL LEADERS, WATCHMEN and WORLD-CHANGERS who FEAR Him!
  He is preparing the World to receive Him, to come to Salvation through His Son, Christ Jesus/Messiah Yeshua.
• We decree ONE REGION AFTER ANOTHER will “SPARKLE” like rain on the blades of grass after the showers, BECAUSE GOD’S SERVANTS are ruling IN THE FEAR OF GOD; they are RULING UPRIGHTLY!
  The World will know the PRESENCE OF GOD ALMIGHTY!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust!”…..
….. For you have made the Lord, my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place.
No evil will befall you, nor will any plague come near your tent. For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, that you do not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent you will trample down.
“Because he has loved Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him securely on high, because he has known My name. He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. With a long life I will satisfy him and let him see My salvation,” Psalm 91:1-2,9-16.

“The Lord is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation. The sound of joyful shouting and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; the right hand of the Lord does valiantly. The right hand of the Lord is exalted; the right hand of the Lord does valiantly. I will not die, but live, and tell of the works of the Lord,” Psalm 118:14-17.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman keeps awake in vain,” Psalm 127:1.

“The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me, and His word was on my tongue. The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spoke to me, ‘He who rules over men righteously, who rules in the fear of God, is as the light of the morning when the sun rises, a morning without clouds, when the tender grass springs out of the earth, through sunshine after rain.’ Truly is not my house so with God? For He has made an everlasting covenant with me, ordered in all things, and secured; for all my salvation and all my desire, will He not indeed make it grow?” 2 Samuel 23:2-5.
