I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare God has given you EVERYTHING YOU NEED for life and godliness, through your KNOWING the One who called you to His Own GLORY and GOODNESS!
  By these He gave you VALUABLE and MATCHLESSLY GREAT PROMISES, so that through them you will come to SHARE in God’s Nature!
• I decree and declare you are TRYING YOUR HARDEST to furnish your faith with GOODNESS, goodness with KNOWLEDGE, knowledge with SELF-CONTROL, self-control with PERSEVERANCE, perseverance with GODLINESS, godliness with BROTHERLY AFFECTION, and brotherly affection with LOVE.
  As you have these QUALITIES in abundance, they keep you from being barren and unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare Your God KNEW YOU before you were born; before He formed you in the womb, HE SEPARATED YOU for Himself.
  He has APPOINTED you to SHARE HIS GOOD NEWS with the People in the Land.
• I decree and declare the Lord’s Words are within your mind and in your mouth.
  YOU WILL NOT BE AFRAID of the People, for He is with you, to rescue you!
  The Lord has TOUCHED you, He has put His Words in your mouth!
• I decree and declare the Lord’s FACE SHINES upon you; He SAVES you, in His GRACE!
  The Lord has stored up GREAT GOODNESS for those who FEAR Him, which He does for you who TAKE REFUGE in Him, before the people’s very eyes!
• I decree and declare YOU ARE HIDDEN from human plots in the SHELTER of the Lord’s PRESENCE; He CONCEALS you in His shelter, SAFE from contentious tongues.
• I decree and declare BLESSED are YOU Lord, for You have SHOWN ME Your AMAZING GRACE when I was in a city under siege.
  Even when I felt cut off, YOU LORD HEARD MY PLEAS when I cried out to You.
• I decree and declare you FAITHFUL of His, LOVE the Lord!
  He PRESERVES the LOYAL!
  You are STRONG, filling your hearts with COURAGE, all of you who HOPE in the Lord!
• I decree and declare that from the TREASURES of God’s GLORY He EMPOWERS you with inner strength by His Spirit so that Christ/ Messiah LIVES in your hearts through your TRUSTING.
  You are ROOTED and FOUNDED in love, so that you, with all God’s People, receive the strength to grasp the breadth, length, height and depth of Christ’s/ Messiah’s Love!
• I decree and declare the FULLNESS of God is beyond our finite abilities to understand, yet we are being FILLED with His FULLNESS.
  He, by His Power, is able to do FAR BEYOND anything we can ASK or IMAGINE, to Him be the GLORY!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. ⁴ For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust. ⁵ Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge, ⁶ and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness, ⁷ and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love. ⁸ For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they render you neither useless nor unfruitful in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. ⁹ For he who lacks these qualities is blind or short-sighted, having forgotten his purification from his former sins. ¹⁰ Therefore, brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; ¹¹ for in this way the entrance into the eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you,” 2 Peter 1:3-11.

“⁵ “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.” ⁶ Then I said, “Alas, Lord God! Behold, I do not know how to speak, because I am a youth.” ⁷ But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am a youth,’ because everywhere I send you, you shall go, and all that I command you, you shall speak. ⁸ “Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you,” declares the Lord. ⁹ Then the Lord stretched out His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me, “Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. ¹⁰ “See, I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant,”” Jeremiah 1:5-10.

“¹⁶ Make Your face to shine upon Your servant; save me in Your lovingkindness. ¹⁷ Let me not be put to shame, O Lord, for I call upon You; Let the wicked be put to shame, let them be silent in Sheol. ¹⁸ Let the lying lips be mute, which speak arrogantly against the righteous with pride and contempt. ¹⁹ How great is Your goodness, which You have stored up for those who fear You, which You have wrought for those who take refuge in You, before the sons of men! ²⁰ You hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the conspiracies of man; You keep them secretly in a shelter from the strife of tongues. ²¹ Blessed be the Lord, for He has made marvelous His lovingkindness to me in a besieged city. ²² As for me, I said in my alarm, “I am cut off from before Your eyes”; nevertheless You heard the voice of my supplications when I cried to You. ²³ O love the Lord, all you His godly ones! The Lord preserves the faithful and fully recompenses the proud doer. ²⁴ Be strong and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in the Lord,” Psalm 31:16-24.

“¹⁴ For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, ¹⁵ from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, ¹⁶ that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, ¹⁷ so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, ¹⁸ may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, ¹⁹ and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. ²⁰ Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, ²¹ to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen,” Ephesians 3:14-21.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries.
