Declarations and Decrees: Breakthrough in the upper room; Every assignment of the enemy is void and useless.

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the SPIRIT is FALLING on those who SEEK HIM; who devote themselves single-mindedly to prayer.
• We declare IT IS GOD’S TIMING!
  As His Children GATHER TOGETHER IN UNITY of Spirit, the FIRE OF GOD WILL FALL!
  All His People who desire to follow HIM WILL BE FILLED WITH HOLY SPIRIT and speak in other languages as the Spirit enables them.
• We declare the Spirit of God is falling on His People that the MASSES of this Land and the World will be REACHED FOR THE GOSPEL.
  Signs and Wonders are drawing ALL MEN to Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  We loose those who have had deaf ears, both spiritually and physically, and hard hearts that they will HEAR THE MESSAGE OF SALVATION.
• We declare the VEIL IS BEING REMOVED from those who TURN TO THE LORD!
  They are drawn by the Spirit to FREEDOM and forgiveness of sin, in Jesus’/ Yeshua’s name.
• We decree the PATH IS STRAIGHT AND CLEAR for those moving forth in His Will: the intercessors, watchmen, prophets, teachers evangelists, all who are moving in His Spirit.
  Where it has taken time to gain clarity, in the past, NOW the Word is coming QUICKLY and with CLARITY.
• We decree and declare Satan has NO POWER when confronted with the AUTHORITY OF CHRIST/ MESSIAH!
  Jesus/Yeshua HAS GIVEN YOU ALL AUTHORITY; so YOU CAN trample down snakes and scorpions, indeed, ALL THE ENEMY’S FORCES; and you will remain COMPLETELY UNHARMED.
  MOVE OUT in faith going where He leads and doing AS HE DIRECTS.
• We decree EVERY ASSIGNMENT of the enemy is void and useless.
  It will no come to completion it’s power was removed; it was FINISHED ON THE CROSS!
• We decree the Believer’s faith is INCREASING and the SIGNS and WONDERS multiplying to touch the needy and weak and to DRAW the Nations unto Christ Jesus/Messiah Yeshua.
• We declare WE REJOICE IN OUR SALVATION; that HE first loved us and that our names are written in the Lamb’s book of LIFE.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“When they had entered the city, they went up to the upper room where they were staying; that is, Peter and John and James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon the Zealot, and Judas the son of James.
These all with one mind were continually devoting themselves to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers……
….. When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place.
And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them tongues as of fire distributing themselves, and they rested on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit was giving them utterance.
Now there were Jews living in Jerusalem, devout men from every nation under heaven. And when this sound occurred, the crowd came together, and were bewildered because each one of them was hearing them speak in his own language.
They were amazed and astonished, saying, “Why, are not all these who are speaking Galileans? And how is it that we each hear them in our own language to which we were born? Arthians and Medes and Elamites, and residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the districts of Libya around Cyrene, and visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabs — we hear them in our own tongues speaking of the mighty deeds of God.”
And they all continued in amazement and great perplexity, saying to one another, “What does this mean?” Acts 1: 13-14; 2:1-12.

“But to this day whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their heart; but whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit,” 2 Corinthians 3:15-18.

“The seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.”
And He said to them, “I was watching Satan fall from heaven like lightning. Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven.” Luke 10:17-20.
