Declarations & Decrees: Trust God to lead you in this hour — Your enemies must flee.

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We declare those whose DESIRE RESTS ON THE LORD He preserves them in PERFECT PEACE, because they TRUST in Him!
  TRUST IN THE LORD FOREVER, because the Lord God is the Rock of Ages!
• We decree and declare the Lord HUMBLES those in high places, bringing down the lofty city, levelling it to the ground, laying it in the dust.
• We declare the WAY OF THE RIGHTEOUS is level; our God, Righteous One, smooths the PATH for the RIGHTEOUS!
  We follow the way of the Lord’s judgments, we put our HOPE in Him!
  The desire of all our soul is to REMEMBER Him and His Name, Yaveh (Yud-Hey-Vav-Hey), the Everlasting Father, the First and the Last, the Great I AM!
• We declare MY SOUL DESIRES You, Lord, in the night hours, MY SPIRIT SEEKS you at dawn; for when Your judgments are here on Earth, the People in the World LEARN WHAT RIGHTEOUSNESS is.
• We declare and decree the EFFECT of righteousness will be PEACE; the RESULT of righteousness, QUIET TRUST FOREVER!
  God’s People WILL LIVE in a peaceful place, in SECURE NEIGHBORHOODS and tranquil dwellings.
• We decree YOU KNOW that the Lord GOES BEFORE YOU; He is handing your enemies into your hands.
  He will give you evidence on your way that they KNOW GOD IS WITH YOU!
• We decree and declare that God is sending dreams and visions to those who don’t know His Son, Christ Jesus/ Yeshua Messiah.
  They will KNOW HE IS MOVING among them and they will be forced to make decisions for or against Him.
  We speak OPENNESS and YEARNING in their hearts that they would TURN TO THE ONE TRUE GOD through His Son.
• We declare the REPUTATION OF BELIEVERS who walk in the STRENGTH of the Lord will be KNOWN!
  As it was said in the Scriptures, “This can only be the sword of Gideon son of Joash, a man of Israel.
  God has given Midian and all its army into his hand.”
• We declare the MEANS and METHODS that the Lord directs you to use will not be LOGICAL or the USUAL way the battle or the process would be done.
  THIS IS A NEW DAY, a fresh hour.
  God’s logical is far above man’s.
  TRUST and follow His directions.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, because he trusts in You. Trust in the Lord forever, for in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock. For He has brought low those who dwell on high, the unassailable city; He lays it low, He lays it low to the ground, He casts it to the dust. The foot will trample it, the feet of the afflicted, the steps of the helpless.
The way of the righteous is smooth; O Upright One, make the path of the righteous level. Indeed, while following the way of Your judgments, O Lord, we have waited for You eagerly; Your name, even Your memory, is the desire of our souls. At night my soul longs for You, indeed, my spirit within me seeks You diligently; for when the earth experiences Your judgments the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness,” Isaiah 26:3-9.

“And the work of righteousness will be peace, and the service of righteousness, quietness and confidence forever. Then my people will live in a peaceful habitation, and in secure dwellings and in undisturbed resting places,” Isaiah 32:17-18.

“Now the same night it came about that the Lord said to him, “Arise, go down against the camp, for I have given it into your hands. But if you are afraid to go down, go with Purah your servant down to the camp, and you will hear what they say; and afterward your hands will be strengthened that you may go down against the camp.”
So he went with Purah his servant down to the outposts of the army that was in the camp. Now the Midianites and the Amalekites and all the sons of the east were lying in the valley as numerous as locusts; and their camels were without number, as numerous as the sand on the seashore. When Gideon came, behold, a man was relating a dream to his friend. And he said, “Behold, I had a dream; a loaf of barley bread was tumbling into the camp of Midian, and it came to the tent and struck it so that it fell, and turned it upside down so that the tent lay flat.”
His friend replied, “This is nothing less than the sword of Gideon the son of Joash, a man of Israel; God has given Midian and all the camp into his hand.”
When Gideon heard the account of the dream and its interpretation, he bowed in worship. He returned to the camp of Israel and said, “Arise, for the Lord has given the camp of Midian into your hands.”
He divided the 300 men into three companies, and he put trumpets and empty pitchers into the hands of all of them, with torches inside the pitchers. He said to them, “Look at me and do likewise. And behold, when I come to the outskirts of the camp, do as I do. When I and all who are with me blow the trumpet, then you also blow the trumpets all around the camp and say, ‘For the Lord and for Gideon.’”
So Gideon and the hundred men who were with him came to the outskirts of the camp at the beginning of the middle watch, when they had just posted the watch; and they blew the trumpets and smashed the pitchers that were in their hands. When the three companies blew the trumpets and broke the pitchers, they held the torches in their left hands and the trumpets in their right hands for blowing, and cried, “A sword for the Lord and for Gideon!”
Each stood in his place around the camp; and all the army ran, crying out as they fled. When they blew 300 trumpets, the Lord set the sword of one against another even throughout the whole army; and the army fled as far as Beth-shittah toward Zererah, as far as the edge of Abel-meholah, by Tabbath,” Judges 7:9-22.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
