Declarations & Decrees: God’s Word Is Seed, When Planted Springs Forth With Life – to Direct and Prosper!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare as you CARRY OUT God’ SPOKEN WORD, you will enter into TRUTH and PROSPERITY.
  God’s Word is Life and brings BLESSINGS to you and your family.
• We decree and declare your SPIRITUAL EYES will be open to KNOW those seeds sown in the FERTILE SOIL.
  You will know those who are SERIOUS and DILIGENT to set their ROOTS deep in the Word of God.
  These will SURELY BEAR FRUIT, a hundred or sixty or thirty times what was sown!
• We decree and declare the MATURE Believers are SENSITIVE and DISCERNING to encourage and help the new believers to be POSITIONED to UNDERSTAND and RECEIVE the whole Word of the Lord, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• We decree and declare the spirit of dullness is BROKEN in this Nation and all Nations of the Earth.
  Those who have EARS and HEARTS to receive are OPEN.
  They are HUNGRY for God’s TRUTH and consume it COMPLETELY!
• We declare you are BLESSED to SEE and HEAR the things spoken of by the prophets; many longed to see the things you are seeing but did not see them, and to hear the things you are hearing but did not hear them.
• We declare you have PURIFIED yourselves by OBEYING the truth, so that you have a sincere LOVE for your brothers and sisters, loving each other deeply, with all your heart.
  You were born again from a seed that CANNOT DECAY, through the LIVING WORD of God that lasts FOREVER!
• We decree and declare the Word of God is ALIVE; it is at work and is SHARPER than any double-edged Sword.
  The Word is quick to judge the inner reflections and attitudes of the heart.
  All that is created is open to the eyes of God to whom we must render an account.
• We decree and declare, since we have a GREAT HIGH PRIEST who has passed through to the Highest Heaven, Jesus/ Yeshua, the Son of God, we HOLD FIRMLY to what we acknowledge as true.
  We CONFIDENTLY APPROACH the Throne of God’s Grace, so that we may receive MERCY and find GRACE in our time of need.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The LORD God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go forth from your country, and from your relatives and from your father’s house, to the land which I will show you; ² And I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and so you shall be a blessing; ³ And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed,” Genesis 12:1-3.

“³ And He spoke many things to them in parables, saying, “Behold, the sower went out to sow; ⁴ and as he sowed, some seeds fell beside the road, and the birds came and ate them up. ⁵ Others fell on the rocky places, where they did not have much soil; and immediately they sprang up, because they had no depth of soil. ⁶ But when the sun had risen, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. ⁷ Others fell among the thorns, and the thorns came up and choked them out. ⁸ And others fell on the good soil and *yielded a crop, some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty. ⁹ He who has ears, let him hear.” ¹⁰ And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?” ¹¹ Jesus answered them, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted. ¹² For whoever has, to him more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has shall be taken away from him. ¹³ Therefore I speak to them in parables; because while seeing they do not see, and while hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. ¹⁴ In their case the prophecy of Isaiah is being fulfilled, which says, ‘You will keep on hearing, but will not understand; You will keep on seeing, but will not perceive; ¹⁵ For the heart of this people has become dull, with their ears they scarcely hear, and they have closed their eyes, otherwise they would see with their eyes, hear with their ears, and understand with their heart and return, and I would heal them.’ ¹⁶ But blessed are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear. ¹⁷ For truly I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it. ¹⁸ “Hear then the parable of the sower. ¹⁹ When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is the one on whom seed was sown beside the road. ²⁰ The one on whom seed was sown on the rocky places, this is the man who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; ²¹ yet he has no firm root in himself, but is only temporary, and when affliction or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he falls away. ²² And the one on whom seed was sown among the thorns, this is the man who hears the word, and the worry of the world and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. ²³ And the one on whom seed was sown on the good soil, this is the man who hears the word and understands it; who indeed bears fruit and brings forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty,” Matthew 13:3-23.

“²² Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, ²³ for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God. ²⁴ For, “All flesh is like grass, and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls off, ²⁵ But the word of the Lord endures forever.” And this is the word which was preached to you,” 1 Peter 1:22-25.

“¹² For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. ¹³ And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. ¹⁴ Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. ¹⁵ For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin. ¹⁶ Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need,” Hebrews 4:12-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
