Declarations and Decrees: God’s holy people — set apart and protected — walking justly; by God’s hand you are delivered.

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the Lord God DISTINGUISHES BETWEEN HIS PEOPLE and those of this World.
  He SETS APART those who have consecrated and committed themselves to Him: those who are covered by the blood of the Lamb.
• We declare GOD KNOWS what will happen and WHEN.
  Nothing catches Him off guard.
  DO NOT FEAR what is taking place in the World — KEEP FOCUSED ON Jesus/ Yeshua, be led by Holy Spirit and you will RISE ABOVE the confusion and chaos that is taking place on all side.
• We decree and declare MULTITUDES are HEARING the TRUTH of the Lord God Almighty; they are turning to HIM as the BLINDFOLDS are removed from their eyes.
• We declare the JUST SEPARATE THEMSELVES FROM WRONGDOING!
  They do not repeat false rumors; they do not join hands with the wicked; they do not follow the crowd when it does what is wrong; and they don’t allow the popular view to sway them into offering testimony for any cause if the effect will be to pervert justice.
• We decree that the LORD IS MERCIFUL and COMPASSIONATE!
  During hardships and tribulation the Lord calls the LOST and BACKSLIDDEN: “Yet even now,” says the Lord, “turn to Me WITH ALL YOUR HEART, with FASTING, WEEPING, and REPENTANCE.”
• We declare BLOW THE SHOFAR in Zion, throughout the Earth BLOW THE SHOFAR to proclaim a holy fast and call for a solemn assembly!
  Gather the People, CONSECRATE the congregation; assemble the leaders; gather the children; let the priests, bishops, pastors and leaders, who serve the Lord, STAND WEEPING.
• We decree and declare that the Lord will become jealous for His Land and have pity on His People.
  Then they will celebrate the Lord God Almighty, the First and the Last, the Great I AM!
• We decree that amidst the workings of the enemy SUDDENLY GOD SHOOTS THEM DOWN, leaving them with wounds; their own tongues make them stumble.
• We declare EVERYONE IS AWESTRUCK — they acknowledge that IT IS GOD AT WORK, they understand what HE HAS DONE. THE RIGHTEOUS REJOICE IN THE LORD; they take refuge in Him; all the upright in heart will glory in the Lord.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the , have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“‘But on that day I will set apart the land of Goshen, where My people are living, so that no swarms of flies will be there, in order that you may know that I, the LORD, am in the midst of the land. I will put a division between My people and your people. Tomorrow this sign will occur.’
Then the LORD did so. And there came great swarms of flies into the house of Pharaoh and the houses of his servants and the land was laid waste because of the swarms of flies in all the land of Egypt,” Exodus 8:22-24.

“You shall not bear a false report; do not join your hand with a wicked man to be a malicious witness. You shall not follow the masses in doing evil, nor shall you testify in a dispute so as to turn aside after a multitude in order to pervert justice,” Exodus 23:1-2.

“Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “Return to Me with all your heart, and with fasting, weeping and mourning; and rend your heart and not your garments.” Now return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness and relenting of evil.
Who knows whether He will not turn and relent and leave a blessing behind Him, even a grain offering and a drink offering for the Lord your God?
Blow a trumpet in Zion, consecrate a fast, proclaim a solemn assembly, gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children and the nursing infants. Let the bridegroom come out of his room and the bride out of her bridal chamber.
Let the priests, the Lord’s ministers, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, “Spare Your people, O Lord, and do not make Your inheritance a reproach, a byword among the nations. Why should they among the peoples say, ‘Where is their God?’”
Then the Lord will be zealous for His land and will have pity on His people,” Joel 2:12-18.

“But God will shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly they will be wounded. So they will make him stumble; their own tongue is against them; all who see them will shake the head. Then all men will fear, and they will declare the work of God, and will consider what He has done. The righteous man will be glad in the Lord and will take refuge in Him; and all the upright in heart will glory,” Psalm 64:7-10.
