I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is COMPASSIONATE and GRACIOUS, slow to anger, and plentiful in MERCY!
  He has not treated us according to our sins or repaid us according to our iniquities.
• I decree and declare for as high as the Heavens are above the Earth, so GREAT is God’s/ Elohim’s MERCY for those who FEAR Him As far as the East is from the West, so far has He REMOVED OUR TRANSGRESSIONS from us.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has COMPASSION on those who FEAR Him as a Father has COMPASSION on His Children.
  For He KNOWS our frame’ He REMEMBERS that we are but dust.
  The MERCY of the Lord/ Adonai is from EVERLASTING to EVERLASTING on those who REVERE Him, His RIGHTEOUSNESS to children’s children, to those who KEEP His Covenant, who REMEMBER to OBSERVE His Instructions.
• I decree and declare a King’s Heart is like a STREAM of WATER in the Hand of the Lord/ Adonai, He DIRECTS IT WHEREVER HE WANTS!
  All a man’s ways seem right in his own eyes, but the Lord/ Adonai WEIGHS the HEART.
• I decree and declare to do RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE is more acceptable to the Lord/ Adonai than sacrifice.
  Plans of the DILIGENT surely lead to gain, but all who are hasty come only to loss.
• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim is GRACIOUS to us!
  He SEES as we have LONGED for Him.
  He is our STRENGTH every morning, our SALVATION in time of trouble.
  When God Almighty/ El Shaddai shows Himself, the Nations will scatter.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is EXALTED, for He dwells on High!
  He has filled Zion/ Tziyon with JUSTICE and RIGHTEOUSNESS!
  It is Her TIME of FAITHFULNESS, a Wealth of SALVATION, WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE – the FEAR of the Lord/ Adonai is His Treasure.
• I decree and declare I bow my knees before the Father – from Him every Family in Heaven and on Earth receives its Name.
  From His GLORIOUS RICHES He will STRENGTHEN YOU in your inner being with POWER through His SPIRIT/ RUACH, so that Christ/ Messiah may dwell in your Hearts through FAITH!
• I decree and declare I am rooted and grounded in LOVE, so that I have the STRENGTH to grasp with all the saints/ kedoshim what is the Width and Length and Height and Depth, and to KNOW the LOVE of Christ/ Messiah, our SALVATION, which surpasses knowledge, so that I will be FILLED UP with all the FULLNESS OF GOD/ELOHIM!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁸ The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. ⁹ He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. ¹⁰ He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. ¹¹ For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. ¹² As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. ¹³ Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. ¹⁴ For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust.

¹⁵ As for man, his days are like grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. ¹⁶ When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, and its place acknowledges it no longer. ¹⁷ But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children’s children, ¹⁸ To those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them.

¹⁹ The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules over all. ²⁰ Bless the Lord, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word! ²¹ Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will. ²² Bless the Lord, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; bless the Lord, O my soul!” Psalm 103:8-22.

“¹ The king’s heart is like channels of water in the hand of the Lord; He turns it wherever He wishes. ² Every man’s way is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the hearts. ³ To do righteousness and justice is desired by the Lord more than sacrifice. ⁴ Haughty eyes and a proud heart, the lamp of the wicked, is sin. ⁵ The plans of the diligent lead surely to advantage, but everyone who is hasty comes surely to poverty. ⁶ The acquisition of treasures by a lying tongue is a fleeting vapor, the pursuit of death,” Proverbs 21:1-6.

“² O Lord, be gracious to us; we have waited for You. Be their strength every morning, our salvation also in the time of distress. ³ At the sound of the tumult peoples flee; at the lifting up of Yourself nations disperse. ⁴ Your spoil is gathered as the caterpillar gathers; as locusts rushing about men rush about on it. ⁵ The Lord is exalted, for He dwells on high; He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness. ⁶ And He will be the stability of your times, a wealth of salvation, wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the Lord is his treasure,” Isaiah 33:2-6.

“¹⁴ For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, ¹⁵ from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, ¹⁶ that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, ¹⁷ so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, ¹⁸ may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, ¹⁹ and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.

²⁰ Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, ²¹ to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen,” Ephesians 3:14-21.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
