I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you TRUST in the Lord and do GOOD; you are SETTLED in the Land and you feed on FAITHFULNESS.
  Your DELIGHT is in the Lord and He gives you your heart’s DESIRE!
  You COMMIT your way to the Lord and He ACTS on your behalf!
• I decree and declare the Lord makes your VINDICATION SHINE FORTH like LIGHT, the JUSTICE of your cause like the noonday sun.
  YOU ARE STILL BEFORE THE LORD, waiting patiently till He comes.
  YOU ARE NOT UPSET by those whose way succeeds because of their wicked plans.
• I decree and declare you are not angry, YOU PUT ASIDE RAGE, and won’t be upset – it leads to evil.
  The evildoers will be cut off, but THOSE HOPING in the LORD will INHERIT the LAND!
  The meek will inherit the Land and DELIGHT themselves in ABUNDANT PEACE!
• I decree and declare God is your REFUGE and STRENGTH, an EVER PRESENT HELP in trouble.
  You are UNAFRAID, even if the mountains shake and the waters rage – HE IS WITH YOU!
• I decree and declare there is a RIVER whose streams gladden the City of God, the Holy Habitation of the Most High – God is in the City; it will NOT BE MOVED!
• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty is with us, He is our FORTRESS, the Lord God of Jacob.
  SEE the WORKS of the Lord, the ASTOUNDING DEEDS He has done on the Earth.
  CEASE STRIVING and LEARN that He is God, SUPREME over the Nations, SUPREME over the Earth!
• I decree and declare DON’T BE AFRAID or DISTRESSED by the great numbers who seek to harm you; for the BATTLE is NOT YOURS, but GOD’S. Keep FOCUSED and LISTEN to Holy Spirit, for He will GUIDE you.
  He will show them to you and you WON’T EVEN NEED to FIGHT this BATTLE!
• I decree and declare you TAKE YOUR POSITIONS, against the enemy, STAND STILL and WATCH HOW the LORD DELIVERS YOU!
  Don’t be afraid or distressed; GO OUT AGAINST THEM, for your Lord is with you!
• I decree and declare you DWELL in the Presence of the Lord. You WORSHIP and PRAISE His Holy Name; LIFT YOUR VOICES to the Lord God Almighty!
• I decree and declare KNOW that the Lord SETS YOU APART for Himself; He HEARS when you CALL to Him. When you are angry, do not sin; think about this before bed and CALM DOWN.
• I decree and declare your HEART IS RIGHT as you offer your sacrifices and gifts to the Lord.
  You place your TRUST in Him.
  The Lord’s LIGHT covers you.
  You REJOICE that He has FILLED YOUR HEART with JOY.
  You will lie down and sleep in PEACE, for the Lord alone makes you LIVE SECURELY!
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. ⁴ Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart. ⁵ Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He will do it. ⁶ He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and your judgment as the noonday. ⁷ Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him; do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who carries out wicked schemes. ⁸ Cease from anger and forsake wrath; do not fret; it leads only to evildoing. ⁹ For evildoers will be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord, they will inherit the land. ¹⁰ Yet a little while and the wicked man will be no more; and you will look carefully for his place and he will not be there. ¹¹ But the humble will inherit the land and will delight themselves in abundant prosperity,” Psalm 37:3-11.

“¹ God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. ² Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; ³ Though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. Selah. ⁴ There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy dwelling places of the Most High. ⁵ God is in the midst of her, she will not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. ⁶ The nations made an uproar, the kingdoms tottered; He raised His voice, the earth melted. ⁷ The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah. ⁸ Come, behold the works of the Lord, Who has wrought desolations in the earth. ⁹ He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariots with fire. ¹⁰ “Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” ¹¹ The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah,” Psalm 46:1-11.

“¹⁴ Then in the midst of the assembly the Spirit of the Lord came upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, the Levite of the sons of Asaph; ¹⁵ and he said, “Listen, all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat: thus says the Lord to you, ‘Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God’s. ¹⁶ Tomorrow go down against them. Behold, they will come up by the ascent of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the valley in front of the wilderness of Jeruel. ¹⁷ You need not fight in this battle; station yourselves, stand and see the salvation of the Lord on your behalf, O Judah and Jerusalem.’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out to face them, for the Lord is with you.” ¹⁸ Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground, and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell down before the Lord, worshiping the Lord. ¹⁹ The Levites, from the sons of the Kohathites and of the sons of the Korahites, stood up to praise the Lord God of Israel, with a very loud voice,” 2 Chronicles 20:14-19.

“³ But know that the Lord has set apart the godly man for Himself; the Lord hears when I call to Him. ⁴ Tremble, and do not sin; meditate in your heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah. ⁵ Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and trust in the Lord. ⁶ Many are saying, “Who will show us any good?” Lift up the light of Your countenance upon us, O Lord! ⁷ You have put gladness in my heart, more than when their grain and new wine abound. ⁸ In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for You alone, O Lord, make me to dwell in safety,” Psalm 4:3-8.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
