Declarations and Decrees: Arise! Nations of Africa and all the earth. God is raising up leaders who follow His heart; Power of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is setting the captives free, deceptions are being removed.

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the Lord God Almighty is RAISING UP HIS LEADERS in Africa to make them His instruments in their countries; freeing them from the quarrels of the people.
• We declare the Lord is ALIVE!
  Blessed is our ROCK!
  Exalted is God, the Rock of our SALVATION, the God who gives His CHOSEN ONES vengeance and makes people submit to them.
• We praise You, Lord for delivering Your People for their enemies.
  You RAISE THEM OVER those who rebel against them, You RESCUE them from violent men.
• We decree Believers are RISING in STRENGTH OF HOLY SPIRIT to bring down spirits and principalities.
  The spirits see you coming from afar.
  DO NOT FEAR for the Spirit of Christ/ Messiah dwells within you.
  You are strong enough, as Christ/ Messiah DIRECTS, speak to the unclean spirits to COME OUT!
• We decree and declare YOU ARE SETTING CAPTIVES FREE!
  Do not be dissuaded by those who are fearful of the work you are doing.
  Keep looking up to follow God’s direction.
• We decree and declare the MIRACLES and COMPASSION off God are FILLING THE ATMOSPHERE!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“You have also delivered me from the contentions of my people; You have kept me as head of the nations; a people whom I have not known serve me.
Foreigners pretend obedience to me; as soon as they hear, they obey me.
Foreigners lose heart, and come trembling out of their fortresses.
The Lord lives, and blessed be my rock; and exalted be God, the rock of my salvation, the God who executes vengeance for me, and brings down peoples under me, Who also brings me out from my enemies; You even lift me above those who rise up against me; You rescue me from the violent man.
“Therefore I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among the nations, and I will sing praises to Your name. He is a tower of deliverance to His king, and shows lovingkindness to His anointed, to David and his descendants forever,” 2 Samuel 22:44-51.

“They came to the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gerasenes.
When He got out of the boat, immediately a man from the tombs with an unclean spirit met Him, and he had his dwelling among the tombs. And no one was able to bind him anymore, even with a chain; because he had often been bound with shackles and chains, and the chains had been torn apart by him and the shackles broken in pieces, and no one was strong enough to subdue him.
Constantly, night and day, he was screaming among the tombs and in the mountains, and gashing himself with stones.
Seeing Jesus from a distance, he ran up and bowed down before Him; and shouting with a loud voice, he *said, “What business do we have with each other, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I implore You by God, do not torment me!”
For He had been saying to him, “Come out of the man, you unclean spirit!” And He was asking him, “What is your name?” And he *said to Him, “My name is Legion; for we are many.” And he began to implore Him earnestly not to send them out of the country.
Now there was a large herd of swine feeding nearby on the mountain. The demons implored Him, saying, “Send us into the swine so that we may enter them.”
Jesus gave them permission. And coming out, the unclean spirits entered the swine; and the herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea, about two thousand of them; and they were drowned in the sea.
Their herdsmen ran away and reported it in the city and in the country. And the people came to see what it was that had happened.
They *came to Jesus and *observed the man who had been demon-possessed sitting down, clothed and in his right mind, the very man who had had the “legion”; and they became frightened.
Those who had seen it described to them how it had happened to the demon-possessed man, and all about the swine. And they began to implore Him to leave their region.
As He was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon-possessed was imploring Him that he might accompany Him. And He did not let him, but He *said to him, “Go home to your people and report to them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He had mercy on you.”
And he went away and began to proclaim in Decapolis what great things Jesus had done for him; and everyone was amazed,” Mark 5:1-20.
