People, never worry about those who are assigned to you who runaway, either because of correction, discipline or the process.

I have found that they either will encounter the resistance of the LORD, who will forbid them from going where they not suppose to be, or they will continue to wander aimlessly in the wilderness without ever coming forth to their destiny.

Most of the time in their pride, they refuse to repent for their disobedience, trying to justify their warfare by proclaiming that people are sending witchcraft toward them, or either people are jealous and hating on them, therefore blocking them through oppression and hindrance.

Runaways go from ministry to ministry never finding rest. They always find a reason not to stay in a place, because their spirit has no peace, because they are out of order. Often frustrated, angry and bitter, they are constantly lashing out at others and stirring up strife and discord everywhere they go.

Runaway sheep always connect to other runaways, because they need somebody to justify their situation, so they will find somebody who is in the same scenario that they are experiencing, because they don’t want to admit they are walking in rebellion.

Instead of humbling themselves and repenting and going back to complete the process, they would rather continue to experience unnecessary warfare than admit they ran away, because they didn’t want to endure the training teaching and correction they need to fulfill their purpose.

As a leader, after you have attempting to restore them and they refuse to turn from their rebellion and disobedience, you have to then give them to the LORD and allow God to replace them.

On another note, I have also seen leaders grieve over a person whom they know was assigned to them, to the point that when God sends somebody to replace that person, they try to make the replacement become like the one who has left. This is dangerous, because the other person, if they are not careful, will lose their identity and not be who they are called to be.

Nobody wants to constantly hear about how somebody else use to do things, as if they are constantly being made to walk in somebody’s shadow.

Leaders, you have to also be careful that you don’t offend and drive away those whom God sends, because you can’t let go of one who has left.

Familiarity can also cause you to be stuck and unable to adapt to change. As a leader, I have to know how to deal with people according to who they are, and as God sends new people, to understand their personality, character and attitude, and not lump everyone that comes into a position in the same category.

People will operate differently and as a leader, I can’t expect each person God sends to fill a spot in the vision that becomes vacant to have the same personality as the last person who left.

I have to learn how to adjust to the changes God sends, so that the vision won’t be stalled because of the new. One thing I learned is when God does send change, its to elevate the vision into a greater dimension of excellence.

Those whom He sends as replacements are to enhance the vision not diminish it and cause more trouble for me. When there is a increase assigned to a vision you have to be watchful that Satan doesn’t send the decoys and counterfeits to try and slow your progress down.

It’s during a transition that you have to be careful that you don’t open the door to a distraction!
