Crossing Over or Staying in Egypt
Remember when the people of God cross over into their promise lands, that God had already killed out, destroyed and eliminated, every thing that was attached to their wilderness experience.
If in 2016 you are already dealing with the same thing and your are yet dealing with people with the same wilderness mindset, then perhaps you didn’t ‘cross over,’ but you just found a different route to continue to wander in the wilderness!
The Spirit of The Lord spoke to me yesterday and said, “Don’t get excited about the zeal, the words, the sound of praise from the people. By Wednesday, you will know if the shift they say they received was permanent and real.”
Everybody can be excited, but not everybody is going to be changed! When the excitement wears down and the music stop playing and the words start fading and the enemy starts raging, then that’s when you will hear either one of these two statements: “We are well able to take the land” or, ” it was better if I had stayed in Egypt!”
~ Apostle Barbara R. Thomas
Apostle Barbara I would like to cross over. It’s so painful to be hurt by someone who is very close to you and speak the words you never though he or she can speak. My heart is broken but I am not crying to man I rather cry to his wounds because he loves me always. I don’t want to ask him questions but it is well with my soul. The enemy that is in the house it is so dangerous and it is so difficult to fight back because you have trusted the person so much. The bible says we must love our enemies and don’t pay evil for evil instead we must pay evil with good. Once again thank you for the word and also do not forget to mention my name when you pray. God bless you. Amen
