Credible Mistakes And Discernment
Beloved, it is important to know and to realize what we are connected with.
Good alliances will bring life flow and you won’t have to hype them up to do what is needed.
These will do the ministry because like you, they have been chosen in your vision. Therefore they answer to God as you do.
There are also those who seek out what is attracting them, instead of being led by God.
These will come with wrong motives but they will desire to help truly, but the enemy will be using them to stop our flow in God. Most of the time they don’t even realize why they come and do what they do.
What we are allied with will be what flows down to us. What is on the head of the ministry, good and bad, with flow down on the people.
Make no hasty decisions or direct alliances with those who come. Take time to watch and pray for them.
Trust what you hear and trust your own heart. You must pray for each and everyone. God will send those HE has chosen to be in that place, and you will not have to baby them to serve in whatever is needed.
They will have heard from God and link up and remain linked because God told them to, not me or anything else.
These immature believers, once in the ministry will start out well and soon you will see they are not what you thought they would be.
Early on, these will turn the table and it will turn into “it is all about me.” They will continue with their drama and their selfish, social agenda, instead of service to the body of our LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ!
Leaders, If you are in this situation now it won’t get any better. It is best to have a prayed up heart to heart talk with them. After you pray, use great grace to explain to them and pray they will receive your prayers and wise counsel.
You must realize that they think they are doing good and cannot see the motives of their own heart. Realize they do not see how the enemy is working through them.
I don’t believe most people truly understand how the enemy can use them and inspire their words and works. He tries to send anything against us to stop the flow, quench the Spirit, and will of God.
This is how I see it; It is like how a dam is built to block off a river. When that river continues to build up water behind that dam, there is no way the enemy can continually stop that flow, but something must give.
Even Jesus knows how much pressure it will take to release from that dam to keep the pressure on.
God takes everything Satan means for evil and turns it around for our good. The enemy can only do what the LORD allows, for when the LORD utters a word, it will burst forth on the scene and overflow at a time when you least expect it and the enemy is terrorized by it.
God isn’t surprised by how his people are being used to hinder things. Even in the best of friends beloved; we are to never put our hope, trust and confidence in them.
Trust and put confidence in God, then He will help us to discern those relationships and ministry connections in love.
I know not every part of the body fits closely together, however we are still part of the whole body of Christ.
We must find where we fit; where we all speak the same thing, and remain there, through the good, bad and ugly.
When we show forgiveness, we reap it. When we show acceptance and mercy and we will reap it.
Our greatest opposition that comes to us in the church isn’t the devil or religion, it comes through our brothers and sisters. Yes we all can be used by the devil, but how do we separate the person’s identity from the enemy?
“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart,” Hebrews 4:12 KJV.
Separation of joints and marrow is a very detailed way of getting to the root of the matter. We don’t even realize when we are being used by God a lot of times.
Beloved of God, it is the same way with the enemy. God’s Word separates the very thoughts and intents of our heart; even we don’t understand our own selves.
Just because someone makes mistakes and is hindering doesn’t mean we are to write them off and have nothing to do with them again.
Look at the consistency in their lives beloved. We must learn how to handle relationships with each other beloved.
To walk away from those relationships causes a breach in the great NET-Work. All of us need to remember to keep our focus above and work with those who are seeking the same vision and purpose.
Are these people going to disappoint us? YES! Once we understand that, we should always keep in mind that our trust and focus should always be on the LORD alone.
We all are capable of being used by the enemy, but we must learn we can NEVER put total trust in man.
Put your trust in God beloved! Even Peter, a man so closely related to Jesus also assumed. His assumption rebuked Jesus!
Peter was very wrong but do you see how Jesus handled it? Jesus told him, “Get behind me Satan; for you are an offence to me”.
Did Jesus throw Peter away for his assumption and rebuke? NO!! Hallelujah, Glory to God! Aren’t you glad that the LORD doesn’t throw us away over mistakes?
Jesus knew it would happen and handled it in a way to teach all of us today.
“Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, LORD: this shall not be unto thee. But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men,” Matthew 16:22-23 KJV.
We are to love them, but also to correct with carefulness and gentleness unless we get into the same trouble.
If the enemy is involved, remember to separate the person from the enemy.
If God has placed you in a ministry, fellowship or group, get to know the people and their uniqueness in your field of ministry.
When they make mistakes, do not throw these people away. Remember we reap what we sow.
If you rebuke, you will reap rebuke! Touch not God’s anointed. God takes offense when we whip up on His children.
The spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. If you are not ready to be judged, don’t correct or prophesy.
Taking a role that doesn’t belong to you will get a swift discipline! You rebuke, you will reap rebuke. We need to be mindful of people’s conditions.
Yes repentance is a lifestyle. Living for the LORD is learning to be as He is.
Know them beloved. Know those who labor among you. Our battle is not with flesh and blood. Accountability and responsibility is necessary for ministerial integrity. as we remain among those of like heart, mind and Spirit. That we speak the same thing.
“Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment,” 1 Corinthians 1:10.
It takes time in our growth to develop integrity, honesty, loyalty and all the fruits of the Spirit.
We are to look at the consistency of our lives and their lives and weigh every detail against the balance, and line up every action against the plumbline for reaction. We are to look and watch for fruits of the Spirit. BUT NEVER trust man!
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law,” Galatians 5:22-23 KJV.
God doesn’t waste anything we go through. We look at others and ourselves and think of mistakes as total failure.
God even takes our pseudo failure and uses it for our good and for the good of others. So beloved understand, He is with you and He is testing us to see how we react to believers who hinder us or do us wrong.
Everything in our lives is teaching us. God causes our mistakes to benefit us in our growth. For example; how can we learn love unless we conquer hatred?
Often our trials comes from fellow Christians who are not aware of their own motives.
Take care to be gentle and kind and hopefully through prayer and God’s intervention, they will understand and not be hurt or wounded from it.
People with wounds and rejections will often sense the rejection of the enemy. God has never rejected them.
I have heard this a lot and I do believe it. “Hurt people, hurt people.” When they sense rejection often they will lash out first to preserve their delicate, painful, wounds, ego, pride, and emotions.
Beloved these are wounded people. If you have prepared in advance, and done all you know to do for them through prayer, give them to God beloved.
We have all went through rejections and these new and young believers will learn also.
As you flow with the fruits of God’s Spirit, hopefully your labor of love will be understood and hopefully be able to salvage them and their love.
Through prayer and fasting you will have won and built up and mended part of the body of Christ.
Now we are not to give any authority or ministry leadership to a novice. We are told to watch and pray for those and to know those who labor among us.
Getting to know a person takes time and God will let leadership know when a person is ready for more. Young believers think they are ready for everything!
Even at our best, wounded believers may still lash out; but be patient with them, kind, and loving. God’s grace will lead you through.
I have also seen how the LORD lovingly proves to them that He loves them even in all their insecurity, fears, and mistakes. Once they feel safe, they can release the pain and trust the LORD for deliverance.
Then there is a clean cut, not jagged edge. God’s sword is two edged quick and sharp. When that sword of God’s word goes in, it cuts away all the wounds and scars and finally true healing begins.
It is important how we treat those who don’t understand us or what we must speak to them about. It is my hope they remain close and learn.
We all must learn. People we don’t wake up a good leader! We grow like everyone does!
Some that come do seek demonic connections and are there to cause distractions and disruptions. Yes, there are some who come among you who are not of God and they have harmful actions and come to hurt the body.
Instead of getting saved, they are sent there to cause the downfall of souls and of ministry. Yes, the devil’s do come in willing vessels in the form of witches, Satanist, and all sort of occult forms.
What I have taught today is about those who are the believers that make mistakes. You must pray that God reveals those who come with right motives, yet they struggle with sin and mistakes.
Some come out of goodness and innocence of their heart, but it is God’s heart we must have and listen to.
For those being led to connect with credible people and ministry; the same type of ministry flow will trickle down and get on all those who are connected with that vision and that leadership.
The LORD told me He would send those by direct revelation and that we won’t have to beg or plead for them to get with the program.
These will come to help and will be kept because they are directly led by God. So they answer to HIM.
Beloved take your time in getting to know a person and listen to their words both written and heard. We the body of believers must be mended.
In HIS Grace and Mercy,
