Have You Counted Up the Cost?
Have you counted up the cost in the time Christ is resetting The Church into a new dispensation of His Glory?
During this time of resting, The Church which The LORD is calling for, is not only a Robe of Righteousness but for Sanctification and Holiness.
The LORD began to reveal to me that as The Church begins to examine herself and to walk in the new wine skin, she will have to make a choice between righteousness and unrighteousness. That which is pure and that which is impure!
“For, If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; he is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such {withdraw} thyself.
For, godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. (Contentment is a state of peace and happiness according to Webster’s dictionary.)
But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
For the love of money is the root (basic cause) of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness,” 1 Timothy 6:3-11 KJV.
I believe in this season The LORD is calling The Church closer, in a place of evaluation and assessment of itself to see where we are as individuals and as a corporate body to lay aside every sin and weight which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God, (Hebrew 12:1-2).
And, as we look to the finished cross The LORD is calling for the body as a whole to make up Her mind to totally deny Herself and to surrender to The LORD!
Because it will be with the temptations of the flesh that Satan will cause the Body of Christ to yield Herself to sin if She is not totally sold out to The LORD Jesus Christ in this season.
For, I believe The LORD is taking The Church into a greater dispensation of His grace where The Church as a whole will endure much tribulations and suffering and as the body of Christ yields Herself totally to The LORD we shall begin to see as the disciples in the book of Acts more sign and wonders; more miracles resurrected and the saving of souls in our nation! But, this cannot happen until The Church is in a place where she has become unified as one body in Christ Jesus!
And, in this time The Church shall see many false prophets and others rising up professing to know God, but because the body of Christ is in alignment with God these false teachers and other false anointing shall be discerned and exposed in this season! Bringing The Church into her full glory as the gospel is preached all over the nation!
God is getting His Bride ready for His return and it will not come without a price of much suffering and heartache in this season!
Jesus lays out the terms of discipleship. There were great crowds following Him. Everyone loved the miracles, healing, and free food. Jesus was okay with being the talk of the town, and the latest fad of His generation, but He knew their hearts of those who pretended to love him but their hearts did not align with their actions.
He knew they desired the benefits of what He did rather than an understanding of who He was. They loved His gifts, the loaves of bread, the healing and even the miracles He performed and not the life He was calling them to.
And, as a result He knew they had the wrong motives and intentions for following Him just as it is today in this generation. So He explained what it takes to be one of His followers:
“If anyone comes to me and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be My disciple.
Whoever does not bear his own cross and come after me cannot be My disciple.
For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?
Otherwise, when he has laid a foundation and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish.’ Or what king, going out to encounter another king in war, will not sit down first and deliberate whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand?
And if not, while the other is yet a great way off, he sends a delegation and asks for terms of peace. So therefore, any one of you who does not renounce all that he has cannot be my disciple,” Luke 14:26-33.
~ Apostle Geraldine Fisher
Apostle Geraldine Fisher has a World-Wide-Social Media Net-Work Ministry. As a Missionary, God moved her into the Office of a Prophet, revealing to her the qualities of a True prophet, humility, humiliation, loving others, interceding in prayer, as she keeps her own life clean to accurately hear from God. Since hearing the audible voice of God calling her to ministry, she’s been called to intercede and pray for others in ministry as God speaks, instructs, directs and gives prophetic words for her to give to others. God promised He would bring her to sit and to learn before great men, all of which He did!
Absolutely phenomenal. Awesome teaching for the bride. This type of lesson is a must read for the body of Messiah. This is the foundation in order for a godly nation and leaders. It starts with the individual. The church is to comment on this message more than our nations being prosperous and good days ahead of us. Thank you Prophet. God bless.
Excellent word, sister. I have been sung the things that you have mentioned, along with my small group of believers. I know that we need to decrease, so that he can increase. Gods richest blessings to you!
