Count it all a loss for Christ; this crushing will bring forth new oil.

The LORD is speaking to me and He is saying that a part of knowing God’s resurrection power, is knowing Him in our suffering!

For, I hear Him saying that verily, verily, I say unto you, except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit, (John 14:24).

You see, had not Christ been lifted up but had come down off the cross after his crucifixion, He would have never had been glorified after his death!

But, He willfully chose to stay on the cross and endured the shame, the mocking, the whipping, the persecution all so that we could know and experience this resurrection power of the cross by being an example to us as He endured His suffering!

God is speaking to me and downloading in my spirit the losses and gains that many of us will experience in this season, just as He did when He was on the cross!

Could He have stopped Jesus, His only Son from being persecuted? Sure! He could have called down fire and His angelic archangels but; instead He chose to look away so that his will could be accomplished and fulfilled! For, he said, If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us, (2 Timothy 2:12)

Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus SHALL suffer persecution, (2 Timothy 3:12) Though He were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered, (Hebrews 5:8). Just as you and I both will!

God is teaching us in this hour that nothing in this old world is truly ours, but we are simply borrowing what He Himself has loaned unto us for a season! These are things that are temporary and have no heavenly value! And, this is why God is telling us to seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven, His Righteousness and all these things shall be given unto you!

You see, Apostle Paul realized this and this is why he said those things that were a gain to him he counted as a loss for Christ! Whether, it was death, financial, material, and or sickness! He learned how to glorify the LORD and to count it all joy for his good!

God is speaking and he is saying; NO CROSS; NO CROWN! NO SUFFERING; NO ANOINTING!!

Come on Somebody! God is saying how bad do you want this power? Because, like Christ it is going to cost you something! I hear a crushing and a processing of oil that is coming in this season for some!

But, not only that but Paul counted it all a loss for his excellency in order to gain the knowledge of the LORD just as Christ himself had done himself! Yes, he counted it as dung in order to be found righteous like his Savior! Come on Somebody, NOT walking in his own righteousness or his own knowledge but in the knowledge of Christ Jesus our LORD!

I hear God saying that many want the glory and the benefits that come with it, but they refuse the cross, pain, suffering and the death of the flesh and because they do, they cannot experience His Glory, His full resurrection power or the freshness of God’s oil.

Every time God takes them through the process, like the children of Israel, they murmur and complain of the process and begin to look back, because it seems easier than facing the Cross!

That you might know Him in the power of his resurrection, the fellowship of His suffering being NOT conformed to this present world something the world frowns upon calling you cursed and saying like Job’s friends, what did you do to anger God? NOT knowing that He is building character in you, so that you can become like Him and so you can experience more than gifts, calls but intimacy with him like no other!

My LORD, the world cannot ascertain it and nor can they understand it that God has you on the potters wheel taking you through a crushing, a death that will cause you to experience the resurrection power of the dead in this season!

Oh we as the people of Christ don’t count ourselves to be perfect, not by a long shot, but God is bringing His people out of the old into the new and dead weights are falling off and other old dead skin in order to help them to press toward the mark for the prize of a higher calling in Christ Jesus! (Philippians 3:7-14).

For, whatever you lose in this world can not be compared to what God has for you in the future!
