Coronavirus: Put On The LORD Jesus Christ Like A Hazmat Suit
The Word is certain and settled: Fear not!
“But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts [including fear, anxiety, worry],” Romans 13:14.
By faith and prayer (by believing and saying it), put on The LORD Jesus Christ like a hazmat suit, and do not create any loopholes of sin — including fear, anxiety, worry in your garment.
Yes, put on The LORD Jesus Christ like a hazmat suit.
“For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” 1 Corinthians 15:53-54.
Fear Not! Death is swallowed up in victory! (Hebrews 2:14,15).
A hazmat suit (a contraction of “hazardous materials suit”), also known as decontamination suit, is a piece of personal protective equipment that consists of an impermeable whole-body garment worn as protection against hazardous materials.
According to Wikipedia,
“Working in a hazmat suit is very strenuous, as the suits tend to be less flexible than conventional work garments. With the exception of laboratory versions, hazmat suits can be hot and poorly ventilated (if at all). Therefore, use is usually limited to short durations of up to 2 hours, depending on the difficulty of the work.” ©Wikipedia
A piece in The Guardian (UK) noted:
“’It can cost £63,000 [US$78.5K] to get the certificate to make one suit,’ says Pam Parker of PPS, a British hazmat suit manufacturer.” ©The Guardian
But, brethren, you don’t need to make one or buy one: Just put on The LORD Jesus. He is all-protective, truly protective, and so VERY comfortable to wear — exceedingly abundantly above all that you can ask or think.
And He is free!
Certainly, in the flesh, take all Godly protection measures possible. But by all means, put on The LORD Jesus Christ by obeying Him, by applying His Blood.
Put on The LORD Jesus Christ by obeying Him, by applying His Blood.
It cannot be overemphasised: Always apply The Blood, partake of The LORD’s Table.
The Blood of Jesus Christ contains and gives us access to the exceeding riches of God. Therefore, always apply The Blood, often partake of The Communion — Flesh and The Blood of Jesus Christ our Mighty Deliverer and be blessed by The Blood.
(NB. When taking The Communion, read out audibly in faith: Matthew 26:26-28; John 6:48-58; 1 Corinthians 11:23-32; Galatians 3:13-14. Claim The Blessing of Abraham. The Word works wonders!).
With all reverence for God and His Blood, with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with a heart full of thanksgiving for The Sacrifice of Christ, examine yourself and “eat of The Bread and drink of The Cup”.
If you do so in a worthy manner, “discerning The LORD’s Body” (the Divine importance of “The Offering of The Body of Jesus Christ”, Hebrews 10:10), you will be strong, healed and healthy, and alive and well with the very Life of God Almighty. (Please study 1 Corinthians 11:28-31 below).
Put on The LORD Jesus Christ by praying so, and,
“Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you….
……. No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling,” Psalm 91:3-7,10.
If you’ve not been doing so, audibly read Psalm 91 over you and your family and others daily, nightly.
“But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning The LORD’s body. For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged,” 1 Corinthians 11:28-31.
“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of The LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust.”
3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. 4 He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, 6 Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you. 8 Only with your eyes shall you look, and see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made The LORD, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, 10 no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; 11 for He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.
12 In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, the young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.
14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. 16 With long life I will satisfy him, and show him My salvation,” Psalm 91:1-15.
“The LORD Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Grace be with you. Amen.” 2 Timothy 4:22.
“Farewell” Acts 15:29.
~ Jacob Awagah
Jacob, an apostle of Jesus Christ by The Will of God, according to The Promise of Life which is in Christ Jesus, (2 Timothy 1:1). As John was, Jacob is the disciple whom JESUS loves, (John 13:23;19:26; 20:2; 21:7,20). And like Paul, Jacob is “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS” (Ephesians 3:1) for His Purpose forever: to obey Him always.
“And having been perfected, He became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you.
