I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord says, “STRIKE the Earth with a decree!
  STRIKE the Earth with a declaration from ABOVE and WHATEVER you say WILL COME FROM HEAVEN LIKE A FLOOD!”
  You, the Body of Christ/ Messiah, MUST ARISE and take a STAND!
• I decree and declare you will not be casual or limited with your DECREES and DECLARATIONS, but you will CONTINUE, that the BATTLE WILL BE WON!
  The FAITHFULNESS in writing and speaking these and all DECLARATIONS and DECREES is pushing back the darkness and bringing VICTORY to the Land!
• I decree and declare you are EMPOWERED to GO throughout the World, PROCLAIMING the Good News to ALL CREATION!
  All who TRUST and are baptized/ immersed will be SAVED – their testimony and obedience are spreading across the Land.
• I decree and declare SIGNS and WONDERS belong to ALL WHO TRUST!
  You will DRIVE OUT DEMONS, speak with new tongues, POISON will not harm you, and you will HEAL the sick!
  The Spirit/ Ruach of God dwells within you.
  YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS through Christ/ Messiah!
• I decree and declare you are GOING OUT, PROCLAIMING and DECLARING God’s Word, and the LORD is WORKING with YOU and CONFIRMING the Message by ACCOMPANYING SIGNS!
• I decree and declare the pressure to conform to the World and persecution of Believers is ONLY STRENGTHENING their RESOLVE to SHARE of GOD’S POWER and GOOD NEWS.
  The Word of God is being CARRIED to ALL REGIONS of the Earth!
  JOY is increasing in the Hearts of the Believers EVERYWHERE!
• I decree and declare the BARRIERS, UNGODLY MOTIVES and ACTIONS are FALLING to the GROUND in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah!
  We STRIKE the Earth; we CLAIM our NATIONS for the Gospel of RIGHTEOUSNESS in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  RIGHTEOUSNESS is RISING in the Land!
• I decree and declare EVERY CURSE that has been spoken over your FAMILIES, CITIES, REGIONS, STATES, NATIONS is BROKEN!
  You are being SEPARATED from every curse and demonic spell.
  The Land is being CLEANSED by the Blood of the Lamb.
  Your OBEDIENCE and REPENTANCE is crucial in this HOUR.
• I decree and declare MULTITUDES will be TURNING to the One True God, Jehovah/ Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh!
  Those who have been deceived by the occult are having their EYES OPENED and HEARTS PREPARED by Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh to BREAK AWAY and SUBMIT to Salvation in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare you are HEARING GOD MORE CLEARLY!
  You will be LEAD by God’s Spirit and His Angels to interact with those who have HEARTS OPEN to Him.
  You will not be fearful, but will be READY TO SHARE GOD’S TRUTH and LOVE wherever you are.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁵ Elisha said to him, “Take a bow and arrows.” So he took a bow and arrows. ¹⁶ Then he said to the king of Israel, “Put your hand on the bow.” And he put his hand on it, then Elisha laid his hands on the king’s hands. ¹⁷ He said, “Open the window toward the east,” and he opened it. Then Elisha said, “Shoot!” And he shot. And he said, “The Lord’s arrow of victory, even the arrow of victory over Aram; for you will defeat the Arameans at Aphek until you have destroyed them.” ¹⁸ Then he said, “Take the arrows,” and he took them. And he said to the king of Israel, “Strike the ground,” and he struck it three times and stopped. ¹⁹ So the man of God was angry with him and said, “You should have struck five or six times, then you would have struck Aram until you would have destroyed it. But now you shall strike Aram only three times,” 2 Kings 13:15-19.

“¹⁵ And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. ¹⁶ He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. ¹⁷ These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; ¹⁸ they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
¹⁹ So then, when the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. ²⁰ And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them, and confirmed the word by the signs that followed,” Mark 16:15-20.

“³ But Saul began ravaging the church, entering house after house, and dragging off men and women, he would put them in prison. ⁴ Therefore, those who had been scattered went about preaching the word. ⁵ Philip went down to the city of Samaria and began proclaiming Christ to them. ⁶ The crowds with one accord were giving attention to what was said by Philip, as they heard and saw the signs which he was performing. ⁷ For in the case of many who had unclean spirits, they were coming out of them shouting with a loud voice; and many who had been paralyzed and lame were healed. ⁸ So there was much rejoicing in that city.
⁹ Now there was a man named Simon, who formerly was practicing magic in the city and astonishing the people of Samaria, claiming to be someone great; ¹⁰ and they all, from smallest to greatest, were giving attention to him, saying, “This man is what is called the Great Power of God.” ¹¹ And they were giving him attention because he had for a long time astonished them with his magic arts. ¹² But when they believed Philip preaching the good news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were being baptized, men and women alike. ¹³ Even Simon himself believed; and after being baptized, he continued on with Philip, and as he observed signs and great miracles taking place, he was constantly amazed……..
………. ²⁶ But an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip saying, “Get up and go south to the road that descends from Jerusalem to Gaza.” (This is a desert road.) ²⁷ So he got up and went; and there was an Ethiopian eunuch, a court official of Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was in charge of all her treasure; and he had come to Jerusalem to worship, ²⁸ and he was returning and sitting in his chariot, and was reading the prophet Isaiah. ²⁹ Then the Spirit said to Philip, “Go up and join this chariot.” ³⁰ Philip ran up and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet, and said, “Do you understand what you are reading?” ³¹ And he said, “Well, how could I, unless someone guides me?” And he invited Philip to come up and sit with him. ³² Now the passage of Scripture which he was reading was this: “He was led as a sheep to slaughter; And as a lamb before its shearer is silent, so He does not open His mouth. ³³ “In humiliation His judgment was taken away; who will relate His generation? For His life is removed from the earth.”
³⁴ The eunuch answered Philip and said, “Please tell me, of whom does the prophet say this? Of himself or of someone else?” ³⁵ Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning from this Scripture he preached Jesus to him. ³⁶ As they went along the road they came to some water; and the eunuch said, “Look! Water! What prevents me from being baptized?” ³⁷ [And Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”] ³⁸ And he ordered the chariot to stop; and they both went down into the water, Philip as well as the eunuch, and he baptized him. ³⁹ When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away; and the eunuch no longer saw him, but went on his way rejoicing. ⁴⁰ But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he passed through he kept preaching the gospel to all the cities until he came to Caesarea,” Acts 8:3-13, 26-40.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
