Contemplations with The LORD
“But God told Samuel, “Looks aren’t everything. Don’t be impressed with his looks and stature. I’ve already eliminated him. God judges persons differently than humans do. Men and women look at the face; God looks into the heart,” 1 Samuel 16:7, MSG.
Dear Ones:
I have been transcribing a manuscript that The LORD has been dictating to me and my sister, Rosary.
It is about Him being The Door of The Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory. The goal of the book is to help the reader grow in their understanding of Who HE is and who we are in HIM.
If the Church catches fire with this knowledge, there will be such an explosion of HIS power and glory that will shake the world like it’s never been shaken.
The dark one knows something is coming and is trying to stop it. He wants us stirred up with hatred because he knows that if we walk in Love he has lost this battle.
In the above verse, Samuel is corrected by God to not look at the outward appearance of a person. The outside appearance is: hair color, skin color, eye color, height, ethnicity, and other observable features. But The LORD looks deep into a person’s soul when HE judges.
For example, if I have cracked two eggs and place each one in a different dish, can you tell me which egg came from a white shell or a brown shell? NO! You cannot.
They are the same and the outside shell color has no impact on the real egg within. Now, if the egg is allowed to hatch, it will bear the attributes of the type of chicken that laid it.
However, it will be a chicken; the origins of the chicks (the eggs we discussed) come from a common source.
The LORD is our source and Creator. But we are not all HIS children. A person becomes a child of God through the new birth; The LORD Jesus is the Blood marked Doorway of salvation.
The Blood is important because through the new birth we become one Blood with HIM.
Like the two eggs we discussed, if you take a pint of blood from one person who is white and another person who is not is not the blood red?
Is there not a commonality of color? If the life is in the blood, then all men are the same color: one blood. (See Genesis 9:4; Leviticus 17:11,14.)
Albeit, there are some difference within the blood, but an O negative person can give blood to all types as a universal donor.
These are things The LORD has bought up to me to meditate on. Consider not the outward appearances but look to know a person as The LORD knows them: HE peers into the depth of their soul. Ask HIM for spiritual discernment and the wisdom to operate in the gifts of the Spirit for HIS glory.
In Jesus’ name: I bless all of you with divine protection, health, peace, joy, godly wisdom, supernatural prosperity, discernment, prophetic vision and utterance, and a spirit of unity that transcends all the divisive words of hate that are being spewed out through the media.
We, who belong to Christ, are one Blood with HIM. HE is the Warrior KING, Who conquered the forces of darkness. Let us keep our eyes on HIM.
