I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you, as the Believers of God Most High/ El’Elyon, are in AGREEMENT to do ALL that He has ordered you to do!
  Through SALVATION in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, His Spirit indwells you.
  You are the TEMPLE of the Lord/ Adonai and KNOW HIS LEADING!
• I decree and declare you CONSECRATE yourselves; CLEANSE yourselves inwardly and outwardly.
  You are PREPARING for the MEETING of the Lord/ Adonai!
  You are SEPARATE and HOLY for He is HOLY.
• I decree and declare the SHOFAR of the Lord/ Adonai will SOUND so LOUDLY that the People will TREMBLE.
  Those who do not KNOW Him will come FACE to FACE with the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai.
  His presence will be FIRE and SMOKE and the Earth will SHAKE VIOLENTLY.
  The sound of the SHOFAR will grow louder and louder; no one will be able to AVOID His Presence!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has handed the Land over to you, His People!
  Though their barricades appear strong and impenetrable, with God you will CONQUER the enemy.
  Do not think of what is practical or logical in the human sense, RELY only on the LEADING of Holy Spirit.
• I decree and declare you will be CAREFUL to PROCEED as the Lord/ Adonai DIRECTS.
  He SEES ALL, and He KNOWS the OUTCOME.
  As the SHOFARS are blown, and the People SHOUT the VICTORY is SURE as foretold by the Lord.
• I decree and declare you will not grow weary in FOLLOWING the Lord’s/ Adonai’s DIRECTIVES.
  You will maintain your FOCUS on Him and Him alone.
  The RESULT is the Lord’s/ Adonai’s, and to HIM BE THE GLORY!
• I decree and declare you will not take any spoils except those ALLOWED by God!
  He will DISTINGUISH between those that must be DESTROYED and those that may be KEPT.
  Do not go against His ORDERS for by doing so you would bring a curse on yourself and the community.
• I decree and declare it is by the Hand of God that the enemy’s walls will TOPPLE.
  He is the Creator of the Universe; NOTHING is TOO DIFFICULT for Him!
• I decree and declare to the Inhabitants of the World, when a BANNER is hoisted on the Mountains, LOOK!
  When the SHOFAR is blown, LISTEN!
  For the Lord/ Adonai has said, “I will LOOK ON from My Place and do nothing, like HEAT shimmering in the Sun, like a Cloud of dew in the heat of HARVEST!
• I decree and declare for before the HARVEST, when the Flowering is over, and the bud becomes a RIPENING GRAPE, He will cut off the Branches with pruning knives, lop off the twigs and TAKE THEM AWAY.
  At that TIME TRIBUTE will be brought to the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁷ So Moses came and called the elders of the people, and set before them all these words which the Lord had commanded him. ⁸ All the people answered together and said, “All that the Lord has spoken we will do!” And Moses brought back the words of the people to the Lord. ⁹ The Lord said to Moses, “Behold, I will come to you in a thick cloud, so that the people may hear when I speak with you and may also believe in you forever.” Then Moses told the words of the people to the Lord.
¹⁰ The Lord also said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their garments; ¹¹ and let them be ready for the third day, for on the third day the Lord will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people. ¹² You shall set bounds for the people all around, saying, ‘Beware that you do not go up on the mountain or touch the border of it; whoever touches the mountain shall surely be put to death. ¹³ No hand shall touch him, but he shall surely be stoned or shot through; whether beast or man, he shall not live.’ When the ram’s horn sounds a long blast, they shall come up to the mountain.” ¹⁴ So Moses went down from the mountain to the people and consecrated the people, and they washed their garments. ¹⁵ He said to the people, “Be ready for the third day; do not go near a woman.”
¹⁶ So it came about on the third day, when it was morning, that there were thunder and lightning flashes and a thick cloud upon the mountain and a very loud trumpet sound, so that all the people who were in the camp trembled. ¹⁷ And Moses brought the people out of the camp to meet God, and they stood at the foot of the mountain.
¹⁸ Now Mount Sinai was all in smoke because the Lord descended upon it in fire; and its smoke ascended like the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mountain quaked violently. ¹⁹ When the sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke and God answered him with thunder. ²⁰ The Lord came down on Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain; and the Lord called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up. ²¹ Then the Lord spoke to Moses, “Go down, warn the people, so that they do not break through to the Lord to gaze, and many of them perish. ²² Also let the priests who come near to the Lord consecrate themselves, or else the Lord will break out against them.” ²³ Moses said to the Lord, “The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai, for You warned us, saying, ‘Set bounds about the mountain and consecrate it.’” ²⁴ Then the Lord said to him, “Go down and come up again, you and Aaron with you; but do not let the priests and the people break through to come up to the Lord, or He will break forth upon them.” ²⁵ So Moses went down to the people and told them,” Exodus 19:7-25.

“¹ Now Jericho was tightly shut because of the sons of Israel; no one went out and no one came in. ² The Lord said to Joshua, “See, I have given Jericho into your hand, with its king and the valiant warriors. ³ You shall march around the city, all the men of war circling the city once. You shall do so for six days. ⁴ Also seven priests shall carry seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark; then on the seventh day you shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets. ⁵ It shall be that when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city will fall down flat, and the people will go up every man straight ahead”…….
……. ¹⁵ Then on the seventh day they rose early at the dawning of the day and marched around the city in the same manner seven times; only on that day they marched around the city seven times. ¹⁶ At the seventh time, when the priests blew the trumpets, Joshua said to the people, “Shout! For the Lord has given you the city. ¹⁷ The city shall be under the ban, it and all that is in it belongs to the Lord; only Rahab the harlot and all who are with her in the house shall live, because she hid the messengers whom we sent. ¹⁸ But as for you, only keep yourselves from the things under the ban, so that you do not covet them and take some of the things under the ban, and make the camp of Israel accursed and bring trouble on it. ¹⁹ But all the silver and gold and articles of bronze and iron are holy to the Lord; they shall go into the treasury of the Lord.” ²⁰ So the people shouted, and priests blew the trumpets; and when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, the people shouted with a great shout and the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight ahead, and they took the city. ²¹ They utterly destroyed everything in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox and sheep and donkey, with the edge of the sword.
²² Joshua said to the two men who had spied out the land, “Go into the harlot’s house and bring the woman and all she has out of there, as you have sworn to her.” ²³ So the young men who were spies went in and brought out Rahab and her father and her mother and her brothers and all she had; they also brought out all her relatives and placed them outside the camp of Israel. ²⁴ They burned the city with fire, and all that was in it. Only the silver and gold, and articles of bronze and iron, they put into the treasury of the house of the Lord. ²⁵ However, Rahab the harlot and her father’s household and all she had, Joshua spared; and she has lived in the midst of Israel to this day, for she hid the messengers whom Joshua sent to spy out Jericho,” Joshua 6:1-5, 15-25.

“³ All you inhabitants of the world and dwellers on earth, as soon as a standard is raised on the mountains, you will see it, and as soon as the trumpet is blown, you will hear it.
⁴ For thus the Lord has told me, “I will look from My dwelling place quietly like dazzling heat in the sunshine, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.” ⁵ For before the harvest, as soon as the bud blossoms and the flower becomes a ripening grape, then He will cut off the sprigs with pruning knives and remove and cut away the spreading branches. ⁶ They will be left together for mountain birds of prey, and for the beasts of the earth; and the birds of prey will spend the summer feeding on them, and all the beasts of the earth will spend harvest time on them. ⁷ At that time a gift of homage will be brought to the Lord of hosts from a people tall and smooth, even from a people feared far and wide, a powerful and oppressive nation, whose land the rivers divide — to the place of the name of the Lord of hosts, even Mount Zion,” Isaiah 18:3-7.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
