Communion and Oneness with Christ!
Understanding the real meaning of communion and oneness (sanctification/ glorification) with Christ Jesus.
Below are some scriptures to help us understand the fiery trails that we go through that indeed are a part of the sanctification process, to bring us into the oneness of glorification with the Father. This is the true meaning of communion.
For as we share and partake in the cup of suffering which is the baptism of fire, that we may also partake in the glory that is to be revealed within us, the cup of blessing. The fires of God are not meant to destroy us but, rather to purify us as God’s dwelling place.
God has promised us in his word to bring us through the waters and through the fire and out into a wealthy place. As he washes us with the water of his word, and he purifies us with the baptism of fire, he is making us one with him which is the glorification.
The same God that brought you to it, is the same God who will bring you through it, so trust him and he brings you through the process keeping your eyes upon him, and know that he is faithful to keep you until the end as he promised. God’s great grace is upon you that you may finish your course with joy.
Know that He who started this good work in you will finish and complete it till the day of Jesus Christ.
Access His abundant Grace through the trials of your faith, and keep the faith, standing on His Word and promises and do not be moved.
No matter what the trial, God will bring you though. You have got His Word on it!
“Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not My will, but thine, be done,” Luke 22:42 (The cup of suffering).
“The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?” 1 Corinthians 10:16 (The cup of blessing).
“And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation,” 2 Corinthians 1:7.
“Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified,” 1 Peter 4:12-14.
“That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ,” 1 Peter 1:7.
“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us,” Romans 8:18.
“Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God,” 1 Peter 4:1-2
“But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you,” 1 Peter 5:10.
“If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us,” 2 Timothy 2:12.
“Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and thorough water : but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place,” Psalm 66:12.
“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ,” Philippians 1:6.
“And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom,” Matthew 26:26-29.
“Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed,” Isaiah 53:4-5.
“Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification,” Romans 4:25
“Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing,” Revelation 5:12.
“Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead,” Colossians 2:12.
“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: like that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory to the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life,” Romans 6:4.
“If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth at the right hand of God,” Colossians 3:1.

Beautiful. Thanks Sister.
In my walk with Christ, I have had persecutions that the Lord said to me, “The only thing they did not do to you was stone you to death”. The trials and testings were hard to bare at times, but I have been purged, crucified in the flesh and crushed. I would not trade this for anything, because my relationship with both Father and Son is a communion one and glorious,
