Commitment?
“Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires. Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you. He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn, and the justice of your cause will shine like the noonday sun,” Psalms 37:4-6, NLT
My child, My people know very little about true commitment*. The current culture treats contracts and covenants as somethings to be broken or easy to break. Yes, even their society is failing because they have thrown over the rule of law making things up as they go. These are the covenant-breakers and scoffers I warned about many years ago.
Now, I come calling out to whoever will listen, there is a way: I AM THE WAY. But I will not accept mere lip service; I want committed hearts and surrendered lives. There is much work to be done in a very short time. The hour is late, but not too late. Arise! Come out to Me as I release the light of My presence in greater intensity as the darkness falls. It is not time to hold back or to waver in between faith and unbelief. Doubt lurks at the door of the soul and seeks to find entrance. This is why it is so important to commit to Me, NOW.
I have pledged Myself through the Cross to whosoever will receive me as Lord of their lives. But lordship means everything is given to Me, nothing held in reserve. The pabulum of the washed out cultural gospel cannot satisfy the deep hunger of the souls of men. It is poison. It sickens and weakens those who have supped at its table. Is there any wonder that these afflicted ones are such easy prey for the minions of hell?
I have a remnant of committed and loyal children who I am equipping even now to go out among the wounded and afflicted ones. First, I will send them to the ones who have been poisoned by the tainted gospel, then to the worldly ones who never heard the good news. They will be full of My fire and glory speaking with great authority and accuracy into the lives of men. Oh! What a day to be alive and see these harvesters at work!
For those who will choose to commit themselves to Me without reservations, I will seal and keep them through these dark times. But their commitment must be to Me and not to religious traditions. Pretense will not be enough; wholehearted devotion is required.
I rejoice in those who are coming as I call even now. I AM with you always. Receive My blessings and gifts. Shalom.
“Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee,” 2 Corinthians 1:21-22, NKJV.
